If there are any shortcomings of the hotel, it may be that the bed is not big enough. It is just not big. It cannot be said to be small. Also, the slippers are not disposable. This depends on personal habits.
The overall hygiene is very clean.
The front desk can communicate in basic Chinese. They can also help to call a carpool. I am going to Hanoi. The front desk helped me to book a business car for only 50 yuan. I am very satisfied.
The breakfast tastes good. The dishes are very rich. The hotel breakfast of less than 200 yuan includes a breakfast worth 30 yuan.
There are also swimming pools and saunas. Overall, they are very good.
The service is very enthusiastic. This hotel has many management personnel sent from Chinese companies. There is also a milk tea shop and an outdoor bar downstairs. It is also nice to drink tea and wine and watch girls outside at night. I heard that the bar next to it has Vietnamese food. But I am a gentleman who doesn't like this and didn't go to experience it.

GGuest UserI loved everything about this hotel. It's located centrally in Bac Giang providing easy access to all areas of the city. It provides a high level of security with a security outpost at the entrance and further security to the rear. There is ample secure parking for all types of vehicles bikes, motorcycles and cars alike . The entrance lobby is very grandiose and spacious, decorated with wonderful chandeliers, a spiral staircase, the Van Ha Bar , a centrally located 24 hour reception where your every need will be cared for.
My room was clean and spacious and was cleaned exquisitely on each day of my stay. The view from my window was onto the grand square and was fantastic I was provided with a greeting gift on my arrival. The bathroom was superb. The wifi was excellent.
The restaurant is fantastic and so spacious with huge windows providing a view onto the square where the cities people go exercising in the early morning and at sunset. The choice of food for breakfast was many , varied with all fresh and perfectly prepared and wonderfully presented.
The staff at this hotel were the kindest, most attentive and helpful as I've ever met. I hope I'll get the opportunity to stay at this hotel again.

GGuest UserIf I say it is the most beautiful and cheapest hotel in Hanoi. There is no harm in it.Breakfast is included in this but it is not a good breakfast for vegetarians.Apart from this, the swimming pool, bar and gym of the hotel are very beautiful.The hotel staff is very cooperative and very nice.
