Guest UserThe hotel service is very good, sweeping away the fatigue of the journey on Highway 1. The drinks and snacks in the room are free, and the food in the restaurant is also very good, especially reflecting the freshness of California ingredients. The foods that are so rich in vegetables are rarely eaten in China.

Lelia8585A gorgeous hotel on Cannery Row. The room was super big and comfortable. Yes, it's an old hotel with history, but everything was clean, and it had the best bed I've slept in during my month in the US. You just don't want to get out of it! The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and there was a duvet cover – I was surprised, as I hadn't seen one anywhere else and thought they didn't know what it was here, but apparently, they do. The service was top-notch; they helped with luggage during check-in and check-out, and the ladies at reception were very responsive. Everything you need is in the room. The bathroom is spacious, the room is large and comfortable, and sleeping with the window open is a pure delight. The only downside is the showerhead – it's a plague in hotels! It's fixed to the wall and has very weak water pressure, which is a disaster. It's impossible to shower without getting your hair wet if you don't have a shower cap. And the hairdryer! That's just a tragedy for a hotel of this caliber. The hairdryer was like my grandma's, so old and weak. I practically burned all my hair with it. I called reception and asked for another one, but they said all rooms only have that type of hairdryer. I told them it was a tragedy, that it takes an hour to dry your hair, and I don't know what century it's from. The views from the hotel are amazing, with panoramic windows, and the restaurant is one of the best in the city. The location is 🔝.

The room was very comfortable, the bedding was very good, there was a fireplace, and it was warm to open at night. The room layout is very warm, the front desk clerk is very nice, try to meet the requirements of the guests, will come again.

For a resort that starts at ~$2,000/night this place falls very short in various areas. For an all inclusive resort there were very few dining options (it was either the sur house or the pool side bar). Most of the staff were really friendly but we did feel like the housekeeping staff weren’t too professional at times (once they opened the door to our room even when we told them to give us a few seconds to get to the door). Although the resort is in a beautiful location, I don’t know if I would consider this place luxurious.

Decline resort hotel, self-driving California Highway 1, did not listen to the comment area, nearly 4,000 oceans, the scenery is OK, Loft two floors, too old, too old, this is not fatal injury, the staff is too careless, too careless, too careless (For example, Figure 5 shows two shampoos in the shower room, no shower gel) I saw the first time I met the front desk and opened a room with guests. I didn’t have to choose the fries burger dinner from the building I stayed in (the resort of Nuoda has only one restaurant that takes into account all dining functions) Walking in the dark, this building that climbed the building to open the door to enter, there were drinks on the living room table, the bed was messy, and a batch was shocked. You know that this is a country where you can bring guns. If there is someone in the room, we will be considered to be private. , Can be justifiable defense. I immediately called the front desk and said that I was wrong. I would send a new room card. The waiter drove the battery car to send the room card and asked three questions (why would the wrong room card be sent? Where is our car? Where is the luggage? Answer three I don't know, even the wrong room card is not recovered and left. ) My husband was angry and ran to the front desk with his son. After negotiating, he asked the manager to reduce the room rate for half a day. Because my son was young, he encountered this problem for the first time and did not leave the promised person's name and title phone. The next morning, I checked out and changed a staff member. I said that the previous class was not handed in. I don't know about it. In the end, I was a tug, saying that we could give us a reduced breakfast. We also accepted the principle that it did not affect the mood of the holiday. This free a la carte breakfast was much better than the buffet breakfast of the previous days.

color lifeThe hotel's facilities are quite good and seem recently renovated, probably within the last few years. The only downside is that the shower pressure is very low, making it take a long time to rinse off. The service was decent. The hotel restaurant's breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety for an international hotel, including chicken congee which was great for Chinese guests. The omelets were also good and easily comparable to those costing over $20 at an outside restaurant.
What could be improved is the tipping situation at the buffet. While not mandatory, it's something I haven't encountered at American breakfast buffets on previous visits. Here, you can't self-serve soft drinks or water; a server escorts you to your table and brings them. Coffee comes in a large pot, and for tea, they provide a pot of hot water, a tea bag, and a cup for you to brew yourself. There's really no need for a server to bring these; it would be much more convenient for guests if they were available for self-service at the buffet station. It feels like an artificial way to create a tipping opportunity. During the meal, the server would also come over once or twice to ask, ”Is everything OK?” which is basically a prompt for a tip. They weren't concerned about refilling drinks or clearing plates midway through; it was just to ask if everything was okay. The experience felt quite off.

I stayed in Monterey for two nights to watch whales. The hotel is very close to the port and it is very convenient to drive for ten minutes. However, I was very seasick when I went out to sea. I fell asleep as soon as I got back to the hotel. The breakfast the next day was quite rich, with fried rice

Location on foot to Morro Rock. Booked room on the 3rd floor was very clean and tastefully furnished. Breakfast was sufficient and was prepared and taken care of a very friendly and charming staffer (Shelbi). The hotel is a perfect recommendation for this hotel. We will stay here anytime.
