Warm welcome and easy to park right outside our room (ground floor). The rooms feel a little dated but everything was very clean and the beds had pristine white bed linen. Good wifi and all other expected amenities - fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Excellent laundry with quality machines and driers, Quiet - no disturbances. Swimming pool. Walmart is about an 8-minute drive away and a number of restaurants and bars within a short drive and one across the road. Breakfast was OK, standard choices. Would recommend.

Excellent
ZzxmdesignThe price is very civilian, but the hotel facilities are very good. The breakfast is quite rich, there is such a close price under the current epidemic and there are not many breakfasts. Highly recommended for people to stay in Jinman.
GGuest UserThis is a tough review to write as I am originally from Kingman and want to see my hometown thrive and succeed but this hotel is an abomination. For background, I’m a Hilton Diamond member and have seen the spectrum of Hiltons in the brand. This is - by far - the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in the chain. Some reasons for my review: 1. Breakfast is across the board 6am at Hamptons. This hotel has covered over the breakfast sign with a printed piece of paper changing breakfast time on weekends to 7am. 2. The hotel has a sign when you enter saying “pets not permitted” & someone has “sharpie markered” out the word “not”. 3. The ice maker was broken. 4. Cigarette butts and bottle caps litter the formerly landscaped entrance. 5. We killed a roach in our room and there were several dead bugs in each of the light fixtures. 6. Pigeons have come to roost all along the outside of the hotel with pigeon poop and feathers welcoming guests. 7. Towels are not hanging from the racks, but stacked and very few supplied. 8. Updates include a horrible yellow light that bears no resemblance to the rest of the room. Damage to the wall where bedside lamps used to hang is visible and has not been repaired. 9. There is significant damage to the walls and furniture that needs a major overhaul. On the plus side, the employees were nice and offered water to me as a Diamond member. I’ve seen older Hampton Inn’s that later go on to routine Hilton updates and the improvements that can be made. Unfortunately, this hotel has been languishing so long I’m not sure that the routine updates that Hilton provides will be enough to fix the problems in this situation. This hotel needs stucco redone on the outside, major bug infestation remediation, pigeon remediation, and overall enhancements to improve the brand. Whether the Hilton logo should still be affixed to this property is a more urgent question.
妖妖 不可言On the way to the Grand Canyon, pass through Kingman for one night. Because it was already late at night and it was heavy snow, I didn't go out to go shopping, but I remember that there was a large supermarket nearby, and it should be convenient to supplement food. There is a parking lot, but no porter will help you with your luggage. This hotel is fully equipped with refrigerators, microwaves, dishes, cutlery, etc. In short, instant noodles are sure to be no problem. The breakfast is very, very simple, just like milk, waffles, iced boiled eggs, it seems that there are still two, forget, and forget to take pictures 😂😂 The important thing to say is that the bedding of this house is very comfortable, using ultra soft fabric, which makes me want to buy the same bedding.
SswordmaoThe hotel is an old hotel with history, it is said that it has been a hundred years old. The whole is distinctive, and you can park at the door. The hotel’s restaurant is pretty good, as is breakfast. The disadvantage is why a group, some Best Western, the deposit is refunded immediately, this is not refunded after a few days, not unified enough.
We stayed here, in room 318, on 1/13/24. The hotel was easy to find from I40, had plenty of parking, looked very new and had very good front desk staff. Our check in and out were great. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The toilet is in a separate room from the shower/tub area. It has a small sink in it. The shower room has a full sized sink area. The shampoo, bodywash and conditioner were in large bottles attached to the shower wall. The water pressure was decent, the shower a little small. The room did not have a clock and the TV is in an awkward spot if you want to watch TV from the bed. Breakfast was typical of a Springhill. There was free coffee and tea in the lobby. The hotel had be renovated about 5 years ago, according to the front desk, but looked newer than that. Overall, a good stay. We would stay here again.
TTACHENGBreakfasts in American hotels are almost the same. This hotel does not smoke. It is recommended that smokers want to hide in and smoke secretly. The next morning, it is best to put a five dollar tip under the pillow. No parking fee.
There is NO free/complimentary breakfast. Adequate for the price and location. Booked and paid for a King, arrived and all Kings were booked out: given a double queen and no price adjustment for the downgrade. Bed and pillows: comfy Train can be loud Bathrooms are clean, but the paint jobs show there was neglect. Rooms are sad with cast-off upgraded furniture. No curtains on windows, only wooden blinds, if you’re light sensitive bring a sleep mask. No carpet is a plus. Ample places to charge electronics, midsized fridge and small microwave in rooms. A/C worked well, if noisy, helped mask the train tracks noise. Pool looks clean, no pool towels provided.
