GGuest UserWe stayed 5 nights to be near where my husband was receiving medical treatments. This is a very convenient location and quiet area. The suite was a great size -- very comfortable for many days...and the kitchen, stove, dishes, dishwasher and refrigerator were much appreciated. The shower had amazing water pressure and lots of hot water. Comfortable beds with plenty of pillows and extra blankets. We were a little worried when we heard dogs barking in the hallway, but when guests were in their room, we didn't hear any noise. Breakfast was incredible for an ”included” meal, with scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, cooked oatmeal with great toppings, sausages or bacon, Greek yogurts, cereals, fruit and bread each morning available. We would totally stay here again.

SSiwangxiersuqinSuper satisfied, it is the best hotel we have ever stayed in the United States this time, whether it is the decoration of the hotel, the lobby, the room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is very rich, the fruit is very fresh, the only hotel with raspberries, blueberries, and the most impressive attitude of all hotel service staff and Enthusiasm, let us feel very comfortable and respected, we are very proactive to give consumption to all our staff, recognize respect and appreciate their professionalism, happy for Marriott to have great staff and corporate management and culture, beyond expectations, dinner is also great, Large parking lot and gym, will definitely come back next time

Let's start with the positives: Jason, the hotel manager, was efficient and effective in resolving an issue regarding room rate and extending our reservation. We were staying within a group block for a baseball team. This gentleman understands exceptional customer service. The included breakfast and servers were very good. Though the breakfast was the same everyday, it did offer several hot options: eggs, sausage, and breakfast potatoes. The severs went above and beyond -- please be sure to tip them appropriately. Plenty of parking available around hotel and within 10 minutes of plenty of fun restaurants, though hotel itself is in a business park area. Now for the negatives: Rooms are in need of updating. Carpet was dingy and sticky in places. Most of our group wore flip flops around their rooms. Besides Jason (and one other lovely female front desk agent), most other hotel staff here were very subpar and not willing to work with guests. I have read other negative reviews regarding Damion, and I would have to agree (I believe he is the sales manager). He and other front desk staff were not helpful or accommodating in any regard. They probably should not be in the hospitality industry. So if you need hotel with good customer service either ask for Jason or avoid staying here.

GGuest UserGreat staff, nice room and great guests! This is the best hotel experience I have experienced so far. Especially clean and fresh stay. There is an in/out pool plus a great fitness area. Away from the riots, I suggest there must be transportation. Trust me, I don’t write much reviews, but this hotel I think is 5 stars!

LLea BI use this property frequently and have never had a bad experience; staff is always so very friendly and helpful, the rooms are always clean and pretty well put together I maybe bias but I do love the Marriott experience
