My family spent one night here and thought it was really nice. This hotel is located on the east side of HWY 83 and has plenty of parking that is well lighted. The desk attendant was helpful and quick to answer any questions. The property has a cafe/lounge, a bit pricey but at least you don't have to leave the hotel. Two elevators service the floors, which were nicely carpeted as were the rooms. Our room was an 'accessible' room so it was extra roomy. We have always found the beds and pillows to be perfect (I don't often use that word in reviews.) and this hotel was no exception. Great night's sleep and the floor was quiet. The hot tub was open and we enjoyed it very much. The pool was......cold but some kiddos seemed to not mind at all. Both are chemical treated, not salt water. Breakfast took an extremely long time in the morning but it was 'hot' and not just a ”bag”. I would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend it.

GGuest UserWhile the format of the Staybridge hotels are really nice (we had a King suite), there are issues here I've not seen addressed in other reviews. It's clear they are struggling with housekeeping, as our room had dirty dishes in the cupboards, pieces of granola bar in the space between the TV cabinet and wall, a dirty shower, food under the snack bar and the couch. Coffee but no sugar/creamer packets. But what I absolutely detest the most is the ”lighting/electricity” setup! It does NO good to provide power outlet lamps everywhere, when they are completely dependent on the ”MASTER SWITCH” being on, but when it's on, you can't turn the OVERHEAD lights off, meaning you are disturbing anyone still trying to sleep. It also means that any electronics you are trying to CHARGE overnight, are NOT getting charged, unless the overhead lights are on??? Stupid set up. However, some pluses: The receptionist was a gem. The breakfast and seating was great. The outdoor area is very nice, and the pool looked clean.
We stayed here for two nights during a recent trip across North Dakota; it is a nice Hampton, and our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had the typical good Hampton Inn selection; our A/C worked well and had a constant-on fan setting (good for sleeping). We used their washers & dryers and encountered no problems. The wall-mounted toiletries were placed too high up on the wall to reach comfortably. The only big negative to this hotel is its location right at the intersection of the interstate and another major highway; the traffic noise outside our window (Room # 406) disturbed us all night; guests might want to choose an odd-numbered room. Also, our room rate was a bit high.
GGuest UserContinue to stay here monthly for business. We never have any issues with staff, cleanliness, or reservations. We will continue to stay at this hotel as the place is great and the rooms area great price.
GGuest UserOutstanding location. Great value. Great assortment of breakfast foods that changed each morning. Comfortable and clean rooms and bedding. Minor bathroom issues-small towels, toilet low to ground, dust and debris on shower vent fan, and water slow to drain in shower. Great customer service though.
GGuest UserStayed here for a group gathering. 8 days. The hotel shows its age but has been updated somewhat. The room was small, but it grew on us. When we got there the hall on the 6th floor had a funky smell. Hall carpet was cleaned, and the smell went away. The employees were great. The food both in the restaurant and during our group sit-down dinners was good. Restaurant had problems the first two days because of the number of people and the short time they had to eat. Once the buffet was set up that issue went away.
GGuest UserWe were at a basketball banquet event at the Ramada. While the hotel needs some MAJOR updating, the sidewalks are a hazard and need to be cleaned off, and the parking lot needs to get their piles of snow out of the parking lot, the banquet girls were amazing and the food was wonderful. We had Ava and Nora working and they had the best customer service and were so helpful!! They stayed till the very end and were exceptional!! Thank you Ava and Nora!!
