A room for 3 adults but in realistic it looks like a room for 8 people gathering + large balcony but with unfriendly mosquitoes.
Room: 10/10 excellent, room is Clean and Comfortable / equipped with tech stuff
Staff and Service: 8/10 okay, able to communicate with simple English.
Food: 8/10, breakfast are served per plate, order as many as you want. And it's not buffet style which makes it more fresh and delicious.
Location: I think Location wise it will be all the same for others hotel, have your own transportation will be more convenient.

Overall, it's good. I like it a lot. The breakfast is delicious, but you have to call to order. If you order on the website that they have, it seems like it won't pop up. 555 Overall, it's good. The staff is cute. They don't get angry at all. You can bring the food to your room. The staff will deliver it to your room. It's good. I like it. I will definitely go again.

YyaminMy family and I recently spent four nights at your hotel for some quality bonding time. Initially, I considered relocating due to the distance from downtown. However, during our stay, we found the location to be peaceful, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food and the spacious swimming pool. Our family had a fantastic stay, and my parents, in particular, expressed their desire to return again. Despite the distance from downtown, we appreciated the tranquility and peaceful atmosphere. Thank you for providing such excellent service.

รรักนะเตงGood location in Mae Sai, in the commercial area, there is a cafe to sit and chill. Open from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. in front of the hotel. The staff are very helpful. There is a wide parking area, a swimming pool, no elevator, no key deposit. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are very spacious, and the air conditioner in the room is not very cool. The staff brought extra fans because the room was full. Try to solve problems well.

EeuisukThe location is good, but the interior of the room is too old and feels worn out. There is no view, but the room is big so it is not stuffy, and the parking lot is spacious, which is good. You could say that everything is nearby. It is about a 5-minute walk from the border checkpoint. I couldn't try breakfast because it was not open.

The room secretly smells a bit musty. The shower is not very good (would like to change it)
I slept on the bed and had a rash on my chest and back. The pillow was small.
The owner secretly sounded a bit harsh. If you adjust the tone of your voice a little while talking, it will be very good. But the service is very good.
P.S. Everything is worth the price. If I go to Mae Sai again, I'll sleep here again.
