The first time I lived in Anantara, I saw the opportunity to get in touch with elephants. For the Three Kingdoms View Room, the two children added two meals for two days and two activities for a total of RMB 8,000. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the service is quite attentive, and the riding activities with the elephants are also very good. The second choice of spa is not ideal, the technique is average, and the time is insufficient. But in general, children are still very happy this time, I recommend friends who like animals have the opportunity to experience
Interact with elephants in an unforgettable experience for active adults and teens. Tuck yourself away in the exotic bamboo jungles of Chiang Rai province, and echo the romantic spirit of 19th-century explorers ? all while enjoying Four Seasons luxury at Tented Camp Golden Triangle, Thailand. So we recently just experienced a trip of a lifetime in late November 2024, and a part of our amazing trip was at the Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle. If you are looking for a completely different experience. Get off the Grid a bit. Then head to the Four Seasons Tented Camp in Thailand. I cannot speak any higher of this place! It was exception! It blew away our expectations. The staff was amazing! They really have created a culture here that truly is 'customer focused'. And they are all just really nice people. And it really starts at the top with their management. I do apologize. But I will probably be forgetting some names. But the people that really made it special for us were 'Poy' (Paweena...and we did connect up with Marie in the Maldives...and OMG...she's amazing) and we so enjoyed our conversations about diving with you, 'One' also knows as Ajit, the the associate manager. We saw him daily. Checking in with us to see how we were doing. It was so great to have you connecting with us to find out how our trip was going. Filippo (director of restaurant and bar...and btw...we still need to try your drink recipes...and these are amazing cocktails you will want to take home with you.) 'Rain'...your elephant and I leader. He knows so much about the elephants and their care. We found it very educational. Tom. He lead our excursions to Chiang Rai and Golden Triangle experience. We felt so comfortable asking him questions. Very approachable. And we cannot forget Nee. She lead our wine/cheese night and just amazing person...smile that is non stop. She also serves during lunch and dinner (she will not let your wine glass go unfilled. lol) Food: The food was exceptional!! Kudos to the chef...Sirintip! I wished we had a few more opportunities to experience your food. Every meal was incredible! And if you go to dinner 'not that hungry'. Feel free to ask for a 1/2 portion. All the food we had was amazing....and of course the Northern Thai food. OMG. Massage: I have to say. This was the first ever professional massage I have experienced. I thought it was amazing. I'm glad that they asked ahead of time if you would like a mild/moderate/hard Thai massage. My husband and I chose the moderate massage. And it was exceptional! People/Customer focus: Well. I think the beginning of my review states it all. Accommodations: Exceptional. For sleeping in a Tent. It was an amazingly comfortable bed. Great shower. I wished we could have enjoyed our room a bit more. But we arrived late the first night, and left early our last day, so our activities were compressed to 2 full days. But we are good with that. Breakfast/Elephants: Every morning. The elephants came to have breakfast with us. And you get an opportunity to feed the elephants bananas/cucumbers/coconuts. It's AWESOME! It's an unbelievable experience. And of course the food is incredible.

GGuest UserPros : • Space comfortable room with view of Mekong • Air restaurant with reasonable buffet breakfast • Infinity pool with beautiful view of Mekong river Cons • Here and there some Thai shortcomings • Coal terrace : this could be so beautiful. • The swimming pool is urgently required to restore. • No bar and restaurant for lunch or dinner Are you sure that the rest of the hotel is under-size for a 4-star hotel. We stayed here in 2017 also: quality has decreased significantly. Our luxurious room 305 was very spacious (30m2) with a good and broad bed (1.80m broad) and flat floor. Good air conditioning, medium-sized flat screen TV, wifi, coffee and tea. The spacious bathroom with indoor rain shower and separate bathroom is very comfortable with bath jackets and pantyhose. Room facilities are perfect. Good dark curtains. Balcony with 2 seats and table and most beautiful views of the Mekong and Laos. But don't forget: cheaper superior rooms on the back of the hotel have no view of Mekong. The breakfast buffet in the quite cale restaurant was enough with a separate egg station. Sometimes evening restaurant sometimes not, so unreliable. No bar is free coffee and water in the lobby. The outdoor terrace is extremely hot, really regrettable because with a little money and difficulty an architect can do wonders here. Great infinity pool with view of the Mekong River and with clean water but a lot of shortages , only three wooden seats. Some free bikes to use.
AAnonymous UserThe room is very clean, with cable TV, air conditioning, 24-hour hot water, 1.8-inch bed, small refrigerator, two bottles of mineral water, toiletries, toothbrush, toothpaste, no slippers, and is located near Chiang Saen Port
Have stayed her a few tines over he years and it has always been a an excellent experience. A family run hotel overlooking the Mekong river which has been recently extended and modernised without losing its charm or friendliness. Lucky and staff are very welcoming and attentive. The rooms are comfortable, very clean with all you need for a short stay. Good bathroom and shower with fridge and tea/coffee in the room and also available in the breakfast room. Breakfast was good with 3 set options, Thai style, Northern Thai and European. Location is good to walk along the river and about 15 mins to the market and central area. Would highly recommend this hotel for an inexpensive but comfortable stay.
The facility and staff: 5 stars! For one breakfast, a staff made our teenage son a breakfast sandwich because it was close to closing time and he wasn't awake yet. The beds were soft but firm and the pillows not to high. Very comfortable! The food was average, not great but not bad either. Only two negatives: the shower and toilet door is glass and some parts of it is clear, so people can see in and out. Which is weird if you have kids with you or a friend in the same room. The others, the shower temperature is really hard to adjust. Overall, 4.5 stars! Enjoyed our stay.
TThawornIt is a hotel with a good location and very convenient to find things to eat. Suitable for traveling and relaxing. The hotel has all the most comfortable facilities, so I'm impressed and feel at ease when I stay.
GGuest UserThe rooms are spacious, clean, with lots of furniture. Lots of usable space There is also a hair dryer. There is a built-in automatic water heater that adjusts the temperature, cannot be adjusted manually.
I had a wonderful stay here—truly a home away from home. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, and the atmosphere made me feel right at ease. The town is stunning, with a rich cultural heritage that I enjoyed exploring. I also took hotel's bikes for some sightseeing, which added an extra layer of adventure to my trip. A fantastic experience!
GGuest UserThe view from the window to Laos is just a wow. It is not forgotten about, you can watch for hours, the evening picture is not worse. Near the pier, with it boats go to Mekong, we swam for half an hour in Laos, very funny. Near a few foods, cheap. Everything closes very early, wanted to make a massage, the salon didn't work. We went to the city, there everything works until 17-30. We found a few cafes, but expensive. There are many small ants in the room and saw a cockroach. There is a teapot, a refrigerator in the room. Next to 7/11, you can buy a snack and eat in the room.
GGuest UserThe hotel has 2 buildings on each side of the road. Accommodation is a small building, self-service, no porter. The door opens with a card. The hotel parking lot is broken, 3 floor building, there is a container and the name of the Siam triangle hotel is confusing. At first, I couldn't find the hotel, only the name has to call to ask at the hotel for the clean room, no mechanical. Good cool air conditioner, good flowing water, impressed with the service of the staff in the breakfast room. Good care and service Beautiful river view, good taste food
