C’est notre troisième séjour dans cet hôtel, et nous revenons un peu déçu de ce dernier séjour.
L’accueil était froid, personnel un peu hautain face à une clientèle de classe moyenne.
Parking payant (10€ la nuitée) c’est une nouveauté peu appréciable au vu du prix de la chambre et de l’immensité du parking.
Lors du Check out le réceptionnaire nous demande de régler les petits déjeuners pourtant déjà payés via l’application car pris en option.
Après explications le soucis étant « l’utilisation de l’application pour réserver dans notre hôtel ».
Effectivement nous avons utilisé l’application pour payer moindre frais notre réservation…
Bref l’hôtel est magnifique le petit déjeuner très bon mais attention énormément de monde bousculade garantie autour des viennoiseries entre 9h30 et 10h30, piscine et sauna parfaits. A 10 min en voiture des plages. Cadre très reposant.

The staff is very professional and pleasant.
The apartment 201 is equipped with all the facilities necessary to spend a good stay, we see the sea from the window of the living room and the kitchen!!!
The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were really a more to spend a perfect stay!
The only small bemol was that it was located on the 2nd floor without lift, being PMR, and traveling alone with 2 children, it was quite complicated to climb and descend these stairs several times a day, especially with the bags.

Lovely hotel. Although the staff were extremely friendly at reception, there was an issue with them saying I hadn’t paid and I had paid directly through Trip.com, there was no questions on checking out and just had to pay the city tax. Lovely big room which had an upstairs and balcony, think it was a family room as beds upstairs. Be warned the bath is very high and I fell out of the bath because I am short! Even my partner who is over 6 foot said it was high. Very clean, nice bar staff at bar. Swimming pool is nice but did get extremely busy. It is quite a walk from from the town 15-20 mins. Would go back and stay again.

Perfect location
Small room facing the parking lot
The sofa turns into a bunk bed which was amazing
No conditioner in the shower
Parking for extra 10€ a day
No real food options after 2:30 until dinner time

Good stay, attentive and very professional staff
The only downside is that there are no exit doors and intermediate entrances to access the beach, especially when you are the last one at the end of the hotel, while access to the beach is just last emergency exit door, because the hotel is very large and you always have to leave at the end to ultimately return to the same place but via the outside (exhausting in the long run)
