Excellent location only a few steps away from one of the famous Lloret de Mar beaches. Close to shopping street and the main districts of the city.

The prices are affordable, and it's easily accessible by bus from Barcelona, ​​with a convenient route to the town of Tossa also available. The hotel service is very friendly, and the environment is comfortable and spacious, making it a perfect vacation spot.

Service: The entire trip was terrible. The front desk was a bit impatient with my room request, grumbling that requests needed to be made in advance. They gave me the first and last rooms in the hallway. The first room was extremely noisy, and the last room required a long walk. This was blatant discrimination! Environment: The main building was very noisy during peak tourist season, with many young children. The elevator was very slow, and the up button was broken. The room facilities were very outdated, roughly comparable to a domestic budget hotel, and the bathroom was even worse. Cleanliness: The quilt was just a layer of paper, and the toilet was filthy. Facilities: The only positive feature was the swimming pool.

First the positives, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was really good. The outdoor spaces were beautiful. We didn't keep the air conditioning on because the system was old-fashioned, the machine made a really loud noise and the blowing was quite strong. However, the biggest minus was that the gym's age limit was 18. I would recommend setting it to, for example, 14 because young people are keen exercisers. Likewise, the spa was a disappointment because the children couldn't get there. It was also a surprise that the hardest sunbathing spot was forbidden to children. If you don't want families with children in your hotel, it would be good to let them know.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lovely Stay at Neptuno Venus Hotel  We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Neptuno Venus Hotel. I was especially happy that the hotel was able to accommodate our request for a room with a beautiful view. It really made our stay more enjoyable and was definitely one of the highlights of our visit.  The hotel is within walking distance of the town and beach, although it’s a little further than expected. The room looks quite old but it was kept clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was good, with plenty of tasty choices. We also tried the dinner buffet as a walk-in guest, and we really enjoyed the food and the variety available. The staff in the dining area were very nice and attentive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The friendly staff, good food, and cleanliness made our experience enjoyable. We would happily stay here again when visiting Tossa de Mar. ❤️

It was a little bad to note that drinks are paying and not included. The breakfast is continental type with coffee, confectionery, eggs, bacon, cheese, cereals, ect... It is all you want. Access to the indoor pool, Spa and sports facilities is paying. That is also bad. The final price is better to be determined with the options included than to have to walk with his bank card for drinks and facilities. I recommend this hotel for seniors but not for young people, for 30 years, for quarantine or for 50 years. To relax, be calm, this hotel will be ideal for you and especially there are no children and that, when you want to rest, it's great!

‘What it says on the tin’ is the perfect way to describe HTOP. We had a really good stay at the hotel and location wise was fabulous. Staff were pleasant enough and it does the job well. The reception, dining areas and pools were in great condition. However, the rooms and bathrooms could do with a little refresh and unfortunately the cleanliness was a bit hit and miss - slightly outdated too. Saying that, all the cleaners later on in our stay were really on it. Breakfast had its highlights with a mixed selection; but the evening buffet was excellent and really filling. Security guard as well; he was a real asset to the hotel - extremely charismatic. I’d stay again as if you need to stay in the rooms for sleep only - it does the job - and I have to give credit as it being extremely affordable.

Buen lugar para alojarse algunos días, el personal muy amable y todo muy limpio. Lo único para criticar es que desde las habitaciones se escucha todo, lo que hace difícil descansar bien, principalmente ruidos de la calle y los pasillos.
