"This is the best of the cheap hotels where we were in Egypt. The most important plus is a chic choice in the buffet, especially seafood: crabs, medieval, shrimp, 4-5 fish species. However, the crabs ended very quickly, late at the beginning of the dinner was not enough. And sometimes the fish was cooked very delicious, and sometimes bad - that dry, that overheated. Once every 3 days gave a strawberry, the rest of the fruit - guava, phinica, oranges, bananas - without limits. Very liked the mango cake on breakfast. The cakes were unpleasant for me, but it is not critical at all.
The beach was taken to Charmillion Sea Life, there is a huge area and lots of places on the beach, but the snorkeling pier was one, and was only opened after lunch because of strong waves. The rife is good, but because of the waves and flows, everyone is only swimming along the rope. It was nice that the staff of the hotel fixed the problems: The destroyed part of the pier is repaired, and on the volleyball platform, after several players scratched - added enough sand.
The biggest minus, as in other hotels, was that we were settled near the restaurant, and once I was prevented from sleeping loud music until 23:00."

GGuest UserThis was, without a doubt, the best hotel resort we've ever stayed at. From the moment we were greeted at the airport to the moment we left, every detail exceeded our expectations. I initially chose this hotel for its aesthetic, but it was even more stunning in person than the photos could ever capture. Every part of the hotel was immaculate, and our room was spotless every day. The resort is breathtakingly beautiful, with endless photo-worthy spots—from the beach to the pool to the restaurants. It’s truly one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever seen.
What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. From the very first moment we arrived, every single team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks and offered lunch while we waited for our room. When we got to our room, we had an incredible view of both the pool and the beach—such a beautiful spot to relax.
The staff at the restaurants were warm, friendly, and always made sure we were well taken care of. They remembered our drink preferences and were always genuinely excited to see us when we arrived. The team at the pool and beach bars went out of their way to make our experience even better, offering special drinks and assisting us whenever needed. It felt like they anticipated our needs before we even said a word, and that level of attention to detail truly made our stay memorable.
One example that really stood out: I started to get a sore throat during our stay, and the staff at the buffet immediately made me a hot drink with ginger, lemon, and mint. They even sent some to our room for later. The next day, when we went to the pool, they already had my hot drink ready for me. Little gestures like this made all the difference and showed how much the staff cares.
We became friends with the staff and were genuinely sad to leave them. They were not only incredibly professional but also seemed like real friends by the end of our stay. They truly go above and beyond to ensure every guest has a perfect experience, and I sincerely hope they are well-compensated for their hard work.
The resort has a laid-back vibe, with a blend of club music and a relaxed atmosphere. If you're looking for a place to unwind and relax, this is the perfect spot. There are friendly staff members who offer massages and facials, but they are never pushy—just there if you’re interested.
As for the food, it was outstanding. The buffet had a wide variety of options that changed every night with different themes, and each dish was delicious. We also dined at one of the specialty restaurants for a night, and the food there was equally impressive.
I can’t recommend this resort enough. It's hands down my favorite hotel, and I’m already looking forward to coming back when I return to Sharm. If you’re looking for top-tier service, a stunning setting, and an unforgettable experience, this is the place to stay!

JJixiaobai1217There are many resorts along the coastline of Sharm el-Sheikh, including some owned by large groups. Because there are many people traveling and we are not price sensitive, we chose this one because it is the best value for money. What is surprising is that the first day of our stay was New Year's Eve. Although we did not have any requirements for Egyptian food, after all, we are too deeply influenced by Middle Eastern cuisine, which is all hell-level anyway, the hotel executives encountered Chinese guests all over the hotel on New Year's Eve and wanted to prepare a New Year's Eve cocktail party for everyone. Although there were only a dozen Chinese people in the end, they still prepared the cocktail party very carefully, which was very touching. The surprise was that the coastline of the hotel was very beautiful.

GGuest UserThe renovated rooms (superior) are excellent. Modern, clean and have all the comforts you could need. The staff are friendly, facilities (multiple pools, slides and beach area) are well kept and the private coral reef is a superb spot to do some snorkeling!
Food was slightly varied each day and you can book into one of the three restaurants free of charge (once per restaurant) for an A La Carte meal for dinner. We didn't do this due to time restrictions but looked like a good option to add some variety to buffet meals.
Predominantly Russian and Italian clientele but all staff speak English.
I thought this resort was great value.

KKharina97While the resort itself was huge and grand, our expectations were not met, we expected more of a Club Med vibe, but instead found ourselves in a giant resort with nothing much to it. even though they advertise over seven restaurants and specialty cuisines, they only have one main restaurant that’s open to public while the others need to be pre-booked up to two days in advance however, every morning when we stayed there, everything was already full, which left us with no option but to eat at the main restaurant which had terrible food 2 to 3 items would be OK and the rest would be absolutely terrible and we spoke to other guests as well who had the same Opinion it’s not accessible for people with disabilities or anyone who has even minor health problems is a lot of walking and climbing stairs is required even with the shuttle bus coming every 15 minutes. Their “entertainment “was absolutely terrible at the outside theater and looked like a child could’ve done better. There was some live music however sometimes it was OK but most times, especially on the upper Terrace was just loud and obnoxious not necessarily due to the performer, but I think due to sound quality and the speakers they were using, and also just adjusting the volume level to the space given. Overall, I would not recommend to stay here again and would much prefer to go to a Club Med where I know I will get quality service and food and hospitality as even staff wise while most were good and nice and accommodating, there were others who barely understood basic English or looked unapproachable. Rooms were decent but both our rooms in separate buildings smelled of sewer if bathroom doors were not closed. Overall it’s not the worst but not a place I would stay again. Even beach wise there is no leisure beach to chill on and only a pier to jump into the deep sea to snorkel which you have to pay 5$ to rent a mask and snorkel for the day which in my opinion should have been free since it’s one of their selling points.

AAbdoswissotel is a very nice and enjoyable resort to stay in the middle level. The resort offers all-inclusive services including meals, parties and internal transfers throughout the day (semi-regular). There is an activity for children suitable for all ages. There are indoor swimming pools for all activities and also water games of a reasonable level that need maintenance and development. There is a means of transportation to the resort's private beach and also barbecue parties near the sea and internal parties daily. The quality of the food is high and the service is very high. The reception workers are respectful and very friendly. The quality of the rooms is not befitting the resort and needs to be developed significantly. The room services are good and the workers are good. There is a negative point and unfortunately it is repeated and I hope it will be solved, which is the delay of the golf cart for internal transfers for long periods even by calling the reception several times. I hope in particular that it will be solved because it is very important in emergency cases and for people with chronic diseases and the elderly. Thank you for your services

GGuest UserThe hotel service is very good, and the facilities are well maintained, especially the children's playground, which is very new. The lifeguard is very responsible and pays attention to every child, which makes people feel at ease. All the waiters are also very proactive. Fathalla cleans very cleanly and keeps the guest rooms very clean every day. This hotel is highly recommended and is a good choice for vacation.
Our room type includes three meals. We go to the buffet every day. I am very happy that I don’t have to worry about ordering. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to and from the hotel. If you don’t want to walk, you can take a bus.

Rooms big, mine smelt bad bathroom for first day, but this was dealt with second day and was fine.

only problem. I found for such a big hotel, one restaurant for food breakfast lunch dinner, just too busy, but the staff worked very hard non - stop to keep the tables moving after guests had left, in fact all the staff everywhere even reception, it's very busy, but all worked really hard and we're very polite and helpful.
The wine was awful very watered down, the food was not the best breakfast was excellent though, and for the price of hotel I would expect better. I was there at Eid so possibly it's normally better but it was soooo busy in the dining hall.

GGuest UserFirst I would like to say that I have stayed in this hotel 4 times previously and we love being there. This holiday was not the same. Upon arrival I was shown to my room that I paid extra for as it was a ground floor pool view. The room smelt of paint as it was just decorated recently. I explained I could not sleep in there with a baby with such a strong smell of paint. I was then given the option to be down graded to another room and after complaining to 3 managers I was upgraded to another room. Also we were not informed the hotel was under construction and was very noisy. The pool is right by the workers so you can hear drilling through out the day. I feel mislead as I was not informed of the work. I am disappointed in this trip and I won’t be staying there again due to the lack of professionalism by the management,
