Hotel staff Amman contacted us via WeChat at noon on the check-in day to arrange check-in. He carefully arranged two rooms with consecutive numbers on the same floor. Since we couldn't rush back to the hotel before 12 o'clock, check-out was very thoughtfully postponed to 1:30. It was a very good check-in experience. The room facilities are very new, the staff are also very professional, and communication is barrier-free.
