I have been staying in this hotel since the opening. Now the surrounding environment is very good and the service is very good. The facilities in the room need to be improved. He was hesitant to reserve a room for him, but he was afraid that the time for free cancellation would exceed the time, resulting in the room rate I had paid. When I was anxious, The hotel's waiter in charge of reception, Dela, helped me coordinate the duty manager, agreed that I could cancel the order first, and then book a room directly at the front desk, and can help me reserve it for free until 21 that night, which eliminated my concerns. Things are small but warm! Thanks to Dela for his kind help 👍

It is very convenient to have robots for takeaways. The breakfast is delicious, the environment is quiet, and the rest is very good. There are big shopping malls around it. It is very convenient to go shopping and watch movies. There are juices and hot tea at the front desk. The coffee machine in the lobby is also free. I am very satisfied with a stay. I recommend everyone to come.

There were obvious hair strands on the lounge chairs on the floor and an unpleasant smell in the room, which caused me to have serious doubts about the cleanliness of the whole room, which seriously affected my stay. What makes people angry is the service attitude of the front desk staff. After finding that the hygiene is not clean, they gave feedback to the front desk to change the room. The front desk always showed an impatient attitude. After finding that the TV could not be used normally, they reflected the situation to the front desk. The front desk staff also showed great impatience, saying that they would wait for someone to work at 9:10 to check, but I waited until 12 and didn't wait for the maintenance staff. This perfunctory and irresponsible attitude is really annoying. As a high-end hotel with a high ranking, the health condition and service attitude are very dissatisfied, which is really not supposed to be. I had hoped for a comfortable rest and good service here, but the reality was far from what I expected.
