The hotel was very satisfied with the stay, and every time I came to Huaxian, I basically stayed at this hotel. After the refurbishment last year, it was brighter and smarter than before. The bath in the bathroom is very satisfactory regardless of the water pressure and temperature. This is the most satisfying point. Later, Huaxian will choose to stay.

GGuest UserI seldom leave comments, but this time I really want to praise Zidu Hotel, which pays special attention to details and is good at creating surprises for customers. For example, the two doors open in a fan-shaped manner automatically, giving customers the courtesy of a Shang king ruling the world. The toiletries and water drinks in the room pay special attention to quality. Breakfast also arranges millet, sea cucumber and black chicken soup according to the seat, creating a sense of luxury in simplicity. There are also best-selling books available in the lobby. It is really a good, cultural and attentive store. We hope to consistently maintain the concept of giving customers surprises, keep improving, and become a role model in the industry today when service is paramount! 👍

GGuest UserIt was my first time in Anyang. I am quite picky about hotels, but I have to give this hotel a five-star rating. The front desk reception was warm and responsive. Because the train time was 6:30 in the evening, I hoped to rest after the trip before going to the train station. I asked for a late check-out, and the front desk extended it to 5:30. I am really grateful. The driver Xiaolu was on time and polite. He insisted on taking the two suitcases himself. It was a very good accommodation experience.

The hotel room is very clean, with two 1.35-meter beds, which is not crowded for 3 people. It is equipped with a small refrigerator, which is very convenient. There is also a book in the room, and there are many books on the first floor to read. The a**osphere is very strong. The reception staff is very enthusiastic. Snacks, fruits and bears were given for two days of stay. There was no parking space when I came back late, and the staff arranged it in time. The hotel breakfast is very rich, including local specialties and other Chinese and Western breakfasts, and the complimentary coffee is also very delicious. A travel kit was also given when checking out. The service is really good. I will definitely choose this store next time I go to Anyang.

When I checked in, I was upgraded to an executive bed room for free. The room was clean and spacious, the layout was high-end and the atmosphere was high-end, and there was a handwritten and hand-painted welcome card by the service staff. It felt warm. 👍
Special praise for the hotel's service 👍 From the lobby manager Lu Zhikai, the service girl at the front desk, and the service aunt in the breakfast room, they are all friendly and considerate. Although I stayed in Anyang for one night in a hurry, I felt at home and impressed. I will choose this hotel next time, five-star recommendation 👍

RRonald DudleyI'd originally booked a few days, but a change in plans immediately after I arrived at the hotel meant I'd have to leave the next morning. When I informed the hotel, the staff were super friendly, supportive and very accommodating. Booking in had been easy, too, and throughout my stay, language was no barrier at all. The next morning, the staff helped me get a taxi to the train station. I'd have loved to stay a few days because--besides the greats ervice--the room was a top notch value. A very sleep-friendly bed, a beautifully designed bath and sink corridor, and a separate shower (if I'd needed it), plus comfortable chairs and a useful desk. In short--a really good room, and at a great price. No question at all: if I'm ever fortunate enough to return to Anyang. I'll be staying here.

GGuest UserHotel location is prosperous, convenient transportation, spacious rooms, novel facilities, elevators up and down, carpets in the corridor, the room is very quiet, the bathroom mattress is very soft and flexible, the price is favorable. Large floor-to-ceiling windows, the sun is full of the room. There is a laundry room and refrigerator, and there is also an ironing machine, which is very convenient. It is very close to the Hongqi Canal Scenic Area and the Grand Canyon Scenic Area. The People's Park is 200 meters to the east of the hotel. You can reach it after dinner. The price is very affordable. The front desk clerk is very warm and thoughtful. I will visit Linzhou next time.

LLandeerkangxiTake the train from Jiaozuo Station to Anyang Station in the evening of 9/10. Anyang Jinjiang Star is on the left hand side of the station facing the road. You can arrive in 5-10 minutes.
I arrived in the early morning of 9/11. I took the room card for a non-smoking room, opened the door and quickly closed it. The smell of smoke in the room was very strong. I asked the front desk to change rooms. The front desk asked me to check out with Ctrip. I went to look for a room by myself in the middle of the night and was told that the hotel had no rooms, but I disagreed (during this period I showed the front desk the anti-allergy medicine I had brought with me). I said it was okay to let me check out: you'll pay three for one, and you go and tell Ctrip that you didn't arrange a non-smoking room for me. It was Jinjiang Star's fault. During our argument, the hotel's security guy pulled the front desk aside. I asked her if the hotel could help us find a non-smoking room in the Jinjiang Group. After hearing this, the front desk asked us if it was possible. We said it was ok as long as it was non-smoking, so we contacted the nearby Seven Days Hotel chain under the group. First, I went to check out the guest rooms. The non-smoking double rooms were also approved. After returning to Jinjiang Star, I moved my luggage to the Seven Days Inn and was told that the check-in time was three days. I went to Jinjiang Star for breakfast in the morning. After breakfast, I went to the front desk to get the breakfast coupon for the next day. The front desk said that there was a room again today and asked me to check the room. There was no problem and I moved my luggage back from the 7 Days Inn. I checked 1008 and it was also a double bed room. (The hotel informed us that they would upgrade the room for us). There was no smoke smell, and there were no problems with the faucets, shower heads, and toilet water, so we agreed to move back.
When Luoyang security guards and Anyang security guards cooperated with the front desk to deal with emergencies, one of them was making trouble and the other was actively handling them. For us regular visitors to Jinjiang Inn, we welcome the latter's approach and our experience during the next two days of stay was also great. Yes, breakfast is also good.
