"We stayed with three kids in an interconnecting room. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. Rooms are a little dated, but it's not an issue.
The staff are friendly. Housekeeping really fast to respond.
Breakfast is more suited to local taste, although they have plenty of Western options like croissants, bread, cereals, pancakes,waffles.etc..
The pool is amazing and super clean. We can see the cleaners clean the pool evdryday.They have 3 or 4 different pools with different depth levels. Kids and adults are seen enjoying themselves.
Location of hotel is close by Tajung Bias Beach which is 5 minutes walk and has a nice strip of restaurants and horse riding for kids along the beach."

"The location of the hotel is very good. And the rooms and houses are also very nice. The downside is the horrible personal. They are not client oriented and hotel do not provide good level of service. First day when we arrived at the hotel we booked gili island tour with them. Booking from hotel you expect high level of service, but this was the worst excursion I have ever been to! First they not wanted to provide things they promised - no snorkelling exuipment, no towels. Water they not provided for whole day and the boat was horrible - with no stairs to get back on it after you jump in the water to snorkel. My husband needed to pull me up from hands on the boat as I could not get there without stairs on my own. From 3 islands we saw only 1. When we came to first island they sag it is too big currant and when we asked to go walking instead little bit in gili travangan - they not let us out. We saw Only gili menu. The last island also was with strong currant and we not saw it. When asked to bring to first island to walk, they asked us to pay additional. After this they offered us waterfall excursion eith reduced price, but in the end when we were taken to waterfalls we needed to pay additional for guide and entry. In the end can say - do not book any excursions with them as they cheat all the time. Massage in hotel also weak. And coackroaches are often comming to room. In the end we have not good aftertaste after this hotel visit. In the picture we added the person who is responsible for excursions and does cheating for tourists."

"The bathroom smells bad, the water is sometimes small, but the hot water works well. The room lighting is not good, so the room feels scary. The room facilities are quite complete there are toiletries and coffee makers, but we got our bed sheet with holes and the power outlets are not much/hidden. Inside the room is quite clean but the facilities outside the room are not maintained well, the swimming pool water is green so think about swimming again.
For a pretty good location close to many centers because2, suitable for the last day before going to the airport."

"Excellent hotel, modern rooms, not tired, very clean. Beautiful area with a swimming pool. I would like to separately note the breakfast - buffet, varied, mainly Indonesian food, but everything is very tasty and not spicy. The staff is helpful and friendly. Its own beach, normal, empty and clean, but we went further to Senggigi."

"Lovely hotel, service is good. We stayed in garden chalet. The anniversary and fruit touch was so nice Daily cleaning. Staff are so kind and polite. It is a 4 star and is clean. There was a smell from the loo which was solved once we told housekeeping. The resort is showing its age but nevertheless decent. Only thing is doors do not seal so creepy crawlies are always in. We were not too fussed - some days only saw ants which was annoying but otherwise ok. The beach had no lifeguard so if you do go in it’s at own risk. We wouldn’t suggest this as waves are always high good for surfers. Amenities there is a mart walking distance and a spa. Not much else including food places you have to get a grab or drive. You get a free photoshoot which is really good as you get to keep a printed photo for free! Breakfast is decent nothing special. View of palm trees and beach is amazing."

"Its located at good location, 10 mins walk to convenient store. Its at sengigi but far away from other hotels, 15-20 mins easy hill walk to other restaurants. Theres a seafood restaurant nearby, but hotel restaurant is good enough with reasonable price. Bfast is ala carte and great. Beach is good but not for swimming. Pool area is great. We rent scooters from hotel arranged service. Its less than an hour drive to jetty to go Gili island. Not the best sunset area but sunset is one of the best ever. There are only few bungalows in whole hotel. Very quiet and i had a great experience in lombok, highly recommended and would definitely come back again for sure. Staffs are great and very helpful and friendly."

"The two rooms booked online had been specified to be twin rooms, quiet environment, and adjacent rooms. The actual situation when we arrived at the hotel was one king-size bed room and one twin bed. The front desk said there were no twin beds, so we had no choice but to accept it. The front desk promised to change us if there were twin beds; one king-size bed was close to the road on the east side, and one twin bed was close to residential houses on the west side, which was unacceptable; we arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock, and the check-in told us that it would be at 3 pm, and check-out was at 12 o'clock 😂. We couldn't store our luggage at the front desk, so we went out to play. When we came back at night, we found that the king-size bed room was close to the road. Oh my god, there was a loud roar on the road every 10 to 20 minutes throughout the night, and we couldn't fall asleep all night. The next day, we saw that there was a double room to check out, and asked for a change. The front desk refused to give it and said it was booked out; the second night was even noisier. It was said that there was a motorcycle race. Two friends took pictures of the twin room to check out. They communicated in turns but it didn't work. My friend directly told the front desk that if he didn't change, he would check out. The front desk said that he could check out, but there would be no refund; there was no way to communicate with Ctrip customer service, ask for a refund, and plan to rebook the hotel. After breakfast, I was really annoyed. I communicated with them again, but they still didn't have any room. I had no choice. Changing hotels was not only expensive, but most importantly, I couldn't book a room. I had to insist on changing. After 1 hour of communication, a domestic friend happened to check out. The room was in the westernmost part, and it was a twin bed room. The beautiful lady who checked out helped to communicate with them, and they agreed to change us. It was a very unpleasant travel experience. I suggest that those who have trouble sleeping should never book this room. The room is not soundproof. The sound of motorcycles in the middle of the night is estimated to be more than 70 decibels. The key problem is that it is difficult to change rooms once you check in."

This is a small resort (35 rooms) where service and customer experiences still are valued.
Rooms are not the newest, but well maintained and super clean. Breakfast and food in general are excellent (thank you chef for the extra touch).
Views from the resort are incredible.

"the place was tooooo beautiful. did set a lower expectation based on the reviews for the maintenance but they still tried their best. paint chipping here and there shouldn’t be an issue. we had issue with aircond and complained , they got it fixed immediately. able to see both ocean and mountain view from our open balcony, enjoyed jacuzzi with those view and the night stars was just too beautiful. we also got to see sunset from our room. it was just tooo much of a perfect spot honestly. breakfast was not buffet but rather ala carte menu"

XXIUYINGAs a transitional hotel, we chose Jeeva Santai. It was already late at the time of check-in. The reception desk will have English reception, and there will be no obstacles in communication. Many hotels in Indonesia are early, and the price is still very cost-effective! Garden-style stay experience, but the downstairs will be a bit damp, not as good as the above view, but go out to the pool beach, breakfast can be very comfortable in the face of the sea!

王王大海/JustinThis property has that old world charm and is very well manicured. Though we arrived at the end of Ramadan, they put on a great party. The breakfast in the morning is cooked to order and have about 20 different options from cuisine around the world.
Whatever request we had, they found a way to make it work. Even when we requested a room change to be closer to the ocean front, we were accommodated well.
The food and drinks were excellent and the entertainment for Eid was spectacular. Do note that there isn't anything nearby and tours need to be booked a day in advance. Overall, we really enjoyed our time and look forward to coming back again. 10/10 amazing views at all points of the day and night.

TTwoKiwisWhat can we say about this resort? The first word that comes to mind is 'outstanding'. The location, right on the beach, is awesome. Staff are super friendly, efficient, and respectful. Breakfast had so many options, from Western to Indonesian favourites. Sunsets were mind-blowing. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was huge. Super comfortable bed and waking up to the sound of the waves lapping on the beach each morning truly had us in relaxed holiday mode every day. If you are after a relaxing, quiet location with excellent amenities, this is the place for you. If you are after some local food, head 5mins south down the beach to Warung K or Verve Beach Club.

GGuest UserPerfect resort for a relaxing getaway! Loved the stunning views especially of the ocean. Restaurant served delicious food and options were aplenty. Spa was perfect, and clean. Dewi and Anna, our therapists, are experienced and the 90-minute massage we did was healing.
The one bedroom villa had a private pool overlooking the open sea which is perfect for a quiet and relaxing dip. Room is clean and spacious too. We will definitely be back!
