This is easily one of the most beautiful manors/châteaux that you will find in Belgium or elsewhere. A fairy-tale. Do put it on your bucket-list! You will not regret it. It comes with a spa that is wonderful.

Endroit magnifique,hôtellerie parfaite, cuisinier talentueux mais malheureusement personnel et service pas du tout professionnel et à la hauteur de l’établissement. Malgré leur bonne volonté, pas formé pour le niveau d’excellence que l’on attend d’un établissement de ce type .

Comme toujours la nourriture était bonne et rafinée , nous attendons de goûter le menu qui ne sera pas celui de l’ancien chef Loïc Jambon à voir désormais vu que le chef n’est plus le même ni même sommelier … suite bientot

Plus points: fabulous location, comfortable room, peace and quiet, great food esp the breakfast Disappoints : lack of attention to detail (fittings in room not checked, fruit in room very poor quality and not replenished) Spa treatments poor, not what you’d expect in this sort of place and this price ! We were meant to have a 7 course meal on the second night but only got 3 as “the kitchen hadn’t been told”. Maitre d sorted it and we got some food and free drinks but again, in a place like this, a major mess up No real apology for the dinner debacle and we got the feeling that they don’t really care.

Totaal geen 5 sterrenwaardig! Slecht en onvriendelijk onthaal bij aankomst, het sneeuwde,geen enkele haard brandde, kamer was ijskoud, moesten zelf radiator opendraaien. Had suite geboekt, bleek zeer deprimerende kamer met 2 piepkleine niet toegankelijke venstertjes te zijn, in bijgebouw, muf ruikend, tochtend, smalle trap. Welness buiten,sneeuw niet geruimd,met witte pantoffels (dun) op besneeuwde steentjes naar welness,ijskoud in peignoir. Welness stelt niks voor, geen onthaal bij binnenkomst, geen sfeer, ambiance, koud, sauna te koud, geen water om te drinken beschikbaar….kortom bedroevend! Eten in restaurant, enkel vast menu mogelijk en absoluut niet lekker noch kwalitatief. We boekten en betaalden 2 nachten,maar zijn na 1 nacht vertrokken om depressie te vermijden. Slechtste 5 sterren ervaring ooit, en we reizen veel.

Prachtige liggen onze kamer ook mooi wel suite van 600€ de nacht kamer heel lawaaierig ,hele straffe geur van insectiside,ik kon daar geen oog dicht doen.Onmogelijk in de badkamer een bad te nemen super lawaaierig verluchting systeem,ontbijt apart 30 € ,trok echt op niks ,retaurant ,prijzen van sterrestaurant en nog geen gault millau waard De kleine directeur ongeloofelijk onbeleefd ien arrogant ,ik wou er niet blijven ze waren akkoord dat ik 1 nacht betaalde en plots veranderde hij mening 1800€ betaald voor een hotel met service 3 sterren en maar 1 nacht verbleven,ik ben Brennershotel gewoon,Normandie Barriere, Eden Roc.... Nog nooit van mijn leven meegemaakt, Wel heel jammer,ik had zware bestraling in leuven gehad en die kleine arrogante directeur ,antwoorde mij dat ik met mn kankerdiagnose beter thuis bleef .Niet aan te raden,ze behoren ook niet tot een goede hotelketen

Een hartelijk ontvangst...vriendelijk personeel...een prachtig kader...een mooie kamer de wellness en s avonds een lekker dineetje dit is het recept voor een fijn verblijf ... en dit alles vonden wij zeker in 'Manoir de Lebioles" Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
