Les repas sont d'une extrême qualité et très variés ! L'ensemble du personnel est souriant, serviable, professionnel et disponible. Bel aménagement de l'hôtel tant en intérieur qu'à l'extérieur : ballades dans le parc, baignade en piscine et à la mer avec une grande plage de sable fin, repos dans des transats bien disposés.

Ho fatto uno stage in questo hotel dal 22/07/24 al 04/10/24 alla reception. È una bella struttura situata con una bella vista sul mare con un ampia terrazza dove si può fare un bel aperitivo al tramonto con una meravigliosa vista del mare mozzafiato, l' hotel è strutturata a gradoni che sembra essere su una nave , le camere meravigliose spaziose, ben pulite, luminose e con vista mare . Una bella piscina esterna e una interna dove si possono usufruire delle cure termali... Durante questo stage i ragazze/i della reception mi hanno accolto molto bene e hanno apprezzato molto la mia collaborazione,mi hanno insegnato molte cose e mi hanno fatto capire che la cosa più importante è accontentare le richieste dei clienti nei migliori dei modi trovando una giusta soluzione che può soddisfare il cliente... Per concludere il Direttore è stato molto accogliente, persona molto disponibile, molto preparato nel settore. È stata una esperienza bellissima e indimenticabile. Ha arricchito il mio bagaglio lavorativo e spero che avrò modo di continuare in questo settore.

Chambres parfaite, accueil parfait tt est propre et les repas sont excellents,le show cook c'est pâtes diverses et variées et grillades. A l'intérieur du choix différents tous les jours vraiment tout était parfait allez y les yeux fermés vraiment au top je me répète !

Ho effettuato uno stage in questo bellissimo albergo dal 22/07/2024 al 04/10/2024 alla reception. È stata un'esperienza davvero molto bella, ho imparato tantissime cose ed è sicuramente un lavoro meraviglioso. Mi sono trovata benissimo con tutto lo staff, sono tutte persone molto gentili dal primo all'ultimo, ma soprattutto la persona che rappresenta l'intera struttura, ovvero il direttore che è stato molto disponibile e alla mano a cui va tutta la mia gratitudine perché questa esperienza è stata possibile grazie alla sua disponibilità. Un ringraziamento speciale va alle ragazze della reception che hanno avuto l'amore e la pazienza di farmi imparare più cose possibili e anche al capo ricevimento che è stato sempre presente per qualsiasi necessità, mi hanno fatta sentire una di loro, parte integrante di questa grande famiglia; la magia di questo hotel è che sembra quasi di vivere in un piccolo mondo a parte dove tutto è stupendo. Il Cala Regina è strutturato in modo particolare, perché i piani sono a gradoni e sembra quasi di essere su una nave, per non parlare della meravigliosa vista sulla terrazza, dove si può ammirare un bellissimo panorama sul mare, come se fosse una piccola isola e c'è una piscina graziosissima. Questa esperienza mi è servita molto, ho imparato davvero moltissime cose ed è un'sperienza che non dimenticherò mai, grazie per tutto.

Personnel accueillant, toujours souriant, à votre écoute, à l'accueil, en salle, l'équipe d'animation, sans oublier le personnel en cuisine, aussi important et le personnel bien évidemment qui soigne notre bien-être dans les chambres. Le lieu géographique est idéal un peu loin de l'aéroport PALERME certes,mais permet tout de même de voir du paysage de la Sicile du Sud. En résumé, une semaine inoubliable le temps ayant été plus que favorable.

Restauration merveilleuse, variée et grande qualité ! Personnel de l’hôtel au petit soin, d’une grande gentillesse, surtout Giovannia ! Équipe d’animation Marmara au top ! Chambres un peu vieillottes mais tout à fait correct pour un séjour court. Hôtel parfait pour couples, amis ou familles !
