Un soggiorno in pieno relax. Tutto alla perfezione. Eccezionale tutto il personale dell'hotel, dal receptionist agli addetti alle pulizie. Gentilissimo il manager così pure il maitre sig. Di Mino e tutto il suo staff di sala e cucina. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere. Un grazie a Toni Ioppolo di Paradisea Viaggi che ha organizzato presso questa struttura.

Tramite paradisea vacanze di Tony Ioppolo , abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di trascorrere dal giorno 31/12/24 al 2/1/25 presso questo meraviglioso hotel. Ottima location vista mare mozzafiato. Organizzazione al top, dagli addetti alla reception fino al personale delle pulizie coordinati dal manager dell'hotel in maniera cordiale ed attenta. Cortesia e professionalità del personale della sala ristorante , diretti dal maitre sig. Di Mino, unitamente allo staff della cucina con in capo uno chef attento alle esigenze di ognuno, in maniera encomiabile. Tutti educatissimi e sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra in ogni circostanza. Qualità e quantità del cibo, varia , abbondante e al di sopra dello standard della sufficienza osservato in situazioni simili in altre strutture. Intrattenimento spumeggiante sia dello staff di animatori che della coppia Alessandro e Linda che ha animato la notte di capodanno. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Giusto perché mi sono sempre trovata bene negli alberghi dei Mangia's Capodanno al Cala regina albergo molto bello, personale accogliente,camera meravigliosa con vista mare ,cenone organizzato benissimo con una cena ottima è della bellissima musica. Grazie ❤️

Hotel incroyable avec une vue éblouissante à ne pas rater. C'était fou ! Tout est parfait, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Nous gardons un un très bon souvenir de ce séjour avec une équipe d'animation de qualité. L'accès à la plage avec le petit train nous a bleufé. Vive la Sicile.

La vue est à couper le souffle , les chambres sont grandes et propres la nourriture était très bonne , nous avons pu goûter des spécialités sicilienne. Le personnel est adorable , toujours au petit soin pour nous . La plage est juste à côté avec des paillotes bar. La piscine est fraîche mais ça fait du bien quand il fait très chaud. À refaire .
