Two families booked a two-bedroom ocean view room. The room was spacious. The king room had a 180-degree ocean view and was very comfortable. The twin room had half street and half ocean views, which was also quite nice. The kids loved playing in the water. They slept until noon every day for three days and then had a blast in the pool. Overall, we were very satisfied, especially the turndown service. After the room was cleaned each morning, we went back for a nap. In the evening, we went out for food, and the room was cleaned again upon our return. It was very thoughtful and comfortable.

We came to Penang primarily for the sun and the beach, so we chose a resort. Angsana Resort, a recently built hotel, boasts comprehensive, state-of-the-art facilities, is clean, modern, and tastefully appointed. A key feature is that all rooms offer ocean views, with unobstructed views of the pool and beach. The service is first-rate, especially the housekeeping service, which is provided twice daily. During each service, they always light an aromatherapy diffuser for guests. The lingering aroma was soothing and relaxing. The food is plentiful and varied. Enjoying breakfast by the pool while watching the sunrise, or dinner by the pool while watching the sunset, is truly relaxing. The hotel is highly soundproofed. Although close to the beach, closing the terrace doors completely blocks out the sound of the waves. Nearby attractions include Escape Fun Park Penang, Insect Land, the Toy Museum, and the National Park.
