Great resort, location on the water staff very friendly.

This booking is a total rip-off from the beginning to end. 1.Make sure you have free cancelation because you will surely use it. 2. Just know that there are extensive hidden fees including paying for paddle boarding, scuba diving, etc whether you use them or not all guest are required to pay at the end amongst other things. 3.Customer Service was horrific from beginning to end starting with long check in wait times without any acknowledgement also don't expect them to initially fill you in on the astronomical fees that they tack on in the end.Also, upon finding out they placed me on a ground level floor facing all the foot traffic opposite of any ocean or scenic views, I was promised a room change the following day which never happened for the duration of my stay. 4. Room service surprisingly came to my room at 8pm inquiring about service which was bizarre. 5.Food is insanely expensive including room servic delivery. I paid almost $50 for a small sized pizza at the low end restaurant.Free Breakfast which was listed upon booking as well as on my receipt was anything but free so be where.They told me upon checkout it is only $80 but there is nowhere stating that information. One hostess at Salt shack told me it would would be a 20minute wait for breakfast or I can try a buffet upstairs but after walking in the hotsun upstairs there was no buffet or restaurant and so the 20 minute wait continued. 6.Overall hiddeen fees were were astronomical.This is a 2star rating at best.i hate that I chose this place for my stay it was a total rip off!

We visited during the off-season and had the most relaxing experience! The oceanside pool area was absolutely perfect – not crowded at all, just pure tranquility. The cabanas were luxurious and comfortable, providing the ideal spot to unwind between dips in the pool. The swim-up bar service was a game-changer. There's nothing quite like enjoying a refreshing drink without leaving the water! But what really made our stay exceptional was the staff, particularly Wendy. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, anticipating our requests with a warm smile. His attentive service truly elevated our entire experience. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-serviced pool day with oceanside views, this is your spot. Highly recommend visiting in the off-season for that extra touch of serenity!

We had an amazing time at the Bouy House, and we owe a huge thanks to Wendy for his exceptional service. His goal was clearly to make our day perfect, and he succeeded. From the start, Wendy made sure we were completely taken care of, getting us set up in a great cabana and seeing to every detail. Throughout the day, his service was the perfect balance of attentive and discreet. He had an incredible intuition for what we needed, often before we even had to ask. It's the genuine hospitality from people like Wendy that turns a good vacation day into a great one. He is a true professional and a major asset to the Bouy House. We'll definitely be back because of the first-class treatment he provided!

Lovely ambiance, stunning scenery, excellent service starting at front desk with Tenecqwa and Knema, bartenders at Sandbar always helpful and went above and beyond to be helpful, Salt Shack food, view, and service on point, housekeeping superb, even the weather cooperated
