Very clean hotel in excellent location.Room was excellent,staff friendly and helpful.Cheap parking on site,and a large choice of bars and eateries closely.Would definitely return to this hotel

The hotel is quite new and the room is clean. The first room is so cold and so small because it’s on the rooftop floor. However, the kindly staff change the room for us. The shower is modern but the water flow is not strong enough. No drink water complimentary in the room. The breakfast is good and clean.

Great service from check in to check out, room was immaculately clean, well presented and a very comfortable nights sleep, the location is prime and all staff were so friendly and helpful! Even kept a phone charger and some personal belongings to one side l which I had forgotten and called me to let me know! Great place, great people and would recommend to stay!!! 5 🌟

Just come back from a one night stay. We chose the hotel for the very reasonable price and the location - directly opposite the restaurant where we were attending a birthday party. We couldn’t be happier with our choice. The staff on reception and the bar were really nice, and very helpful. The hotel is nicely decorated throughout. Our room was lovely. Large, bright, modern and spotlessly clean. The bed was really comfortable. The room was on a side street and with the windows open it was noisy but once closed they did a really good job of cutting out a lot of the noise. There is a convenient carpark at the rear with discounted rates for hotel guests, just £8 for 24 hours. We would definitely recommend this hotel and if we need to stay in Southport again, this will be the first place we would look to book.

After being let down by another hotel last minute. We were so relieved to find this place. Priscilla personally emailed me to arrange an even better stay for us, and she truly went above and beyond. She decorated the room beautifully for my wife’s birthday, which made the occasion extra special. The attention to detail, the personal touches, and the genuine care we received made this one of our best hotel experiences ever. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely nights stay, the room was spacious and very clean, the staff were helpful and very friendly, couldn't do enough for us. We had the carvery which was delicious. Breakfast was so good, very tasty, the scrambled eggs were the best I have had, it was all lovely and fresh. Would definitely stay again. Would highly recommend
