Very disappointed! My Unit was far from luxury as advertised! Stayed in a 1 bedroom Unit on 2nd floor. No lifts. No water view. No pool view. Overlooked a back street. TV did not work. Couch shabby and needed replacing. No dishwasher, No hairdryer, no tea towel, Stained coffee mugs. I understand that the complex has strata units (individually owned) Other units in this complex may be better (i would hope)!

I had the wonderful opportunity to stay at Bluewater Bay Luxury Villas. I was late and was able to an after hour check in. The directions was very clear and I was able to find the designated parking spot with no problem. When we walked into the unit, I felt the holiday starting. It was very clean, cosy and loved every moment of it.Well equipped kitchen, and freshly pressed linen made the nights so fantastic. Checkin in the next day at reception was a breece, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing was ever to much. We stayed across the broadwater and was able to walk to the festival. Checking out was easy and convenient. Will definitely make this my go to accomodation going to Gold coast.

Had an excellent stay, from previous reviews it appears the new management have made significant changes. Friendly and helpful staff at front desk. The pool,bbq area and tennis court are great. Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with nice view from balcony of pool area. Quiet part of town, over the road is extensive park area/ play grounds/ coffee shops. Short walk to nice restaurants. Bus service out front. Also a short drive to theme parks / surfers central.
