Nice big room. Beds are good. Bathroom good. Very clean. Front desk was very efficient and helpful. The bar and cafe looked good, but we did not get to use them.

First time for a solo business trip to this nicely remodeled hotel. Location is near the Southlake Town Center with lots of good restaurants and shops. Checkin was pleasant the staff were friendly. Pool was warm and has three shaded seating areas plus outdoor seating with fireplaces. Bar had limited selection but good enough for a basic cocktail and beer. Room had some quirks but were fixed quickly which speaks to their commitment to service. Missing fridge was replaced within 5mins after being notified and TV remote system was addressed within 5 mins of calling it in. Room did not have drawers but it did have shelves for clothes. USB charging ports are convenient. Pod style coffee machine was good and the ceramic cups are a nice touch. Overall, a really nice room and pleasant stay. Would consider coming back again.

Horrible. Under complete renovations. Was not told prior. Workers and dust and machinery everywhere. No restaurant, pool, bar.
