The hotel is very big, and it should be great in this area. It seems to have been glorious in the past, but the surrounding facilities are average. It may be related to the overall urban environment. Detroit gives people an old feeling from the airport city.

The lady at front desk was rude so I came from out of town I’ve stayed at several Hilton brand hotels used the same card and now all of sudden they don’t take that type of card so I used my bank card and they made my account go negative and stated the card was declined but yet I had the charges on my account so I couldn’t stay there had to go up the street which way more than i expected so no don’t ever go there the lady with lip front was rude I don’t know how she has a job

Nice room, nice greeting from front desk. Bartender could have been behind the bar more often to greet guests more promptly, take in conversation, and tidy up. It took another employee to clean up her mess in about 5 mins. Bartender didnt get a tip. Other Employee got her tip.
