I hadn’t stayed in a Residence Inn for a long time. The hotel was ok, nothing overly impressive. They were clean. We got put in a handicap room which we didn’t need so the bathroom setup was not the best. The breakfast was good and the area to sit was nice.

Well run establishment. Breakfast was fantastic. Comfortable rooms/ suites.
Negatives: toilet would run on, and then the toilet plunger came off…it happens. Room was nice and cool, really hot outside. A/C was noisy though.

Excellent stay. This Residence Inn is nicely settled into a quiet(ish) pine grove, yet close to all the area has to offer. It is very nicely maintained and presents as though recently updated. The staff is universally welcoming... a particular "shout out" to Ashley, at the front desk, who was great at customer service and sincerely desired the best experience for her guests, and to Severa at breakfast, who worked hard to ensure that we were well cared for. Highly recommend.

I thought the staff was so friendly and helpful. They told me how to get to downtown Pinehurst shops. They got me checked in without waiting longer for a Kin-sized bed. And breakfast was really good. I’ll return a heartbeat and recommend Residence to friends and family. Appreciate everything!!

Perfect for golfing vacation. Only Tesla charger In Pinehurst. Unfortunately 8/10 charging stations not working leaving you scrambling for charging time. This has been ongoing issue for months with no resolution.
