Stayed here visiting family. A pleasant stay. Clean room, easy car parking, and helpful staff. Would stay again.

Both our rooms were clean and only problem we had was in our room the kettle cut out the electric when we put it on the lady on reception sorted it out fast got our electric back on and got us a new kettle part from that no problems beds pillows and showers were all good in both our rooms we had booked. Very helpful staff. We booked to stay here again. Only thing we have to remember is that on a Sunday the beefeater next door closes at 9 pm which was earlier than it had said online . Just a pity it wasn’t open till 10 pm as they had a garden you could sit outside in for a drink not just in side .

Clean and tidy room, comfy beds, air con, decent parking, friendly helpful staff Next to a big Tesco and Beefeater, 15 minutes from the seaside resort.

Good price here on a sunday. refurbished room with HDMI connection, great new shower, and two chairs - which my Wife was happy with, although no sofa which made the room feel more spacious but...no sofa. Premier Inn must be the only hotel in the World who still charge for wifi - the free wifi doesn't work here. I had Ultimate wifi once and that didn't work either so sort out the wifi! They also now nickel and dime customers with early arrival charges when the room is ready anyway, very poor practice. Car parking is free here but PI have started charging in many other hotels that were previously free. Corporate greed aside, it was a nice room at a good price with the usual friendly staff so we'll stay here again.

Booked a last minute room due to an event we was going to. While getting ready tried putting music on TV didn't work. Again In the morning while chilling TV didn't work. WiFi and signal was awful wasn't able to contact friends within the hotel

Stay here sometimes when I visit my parents. Very friendly and efficient check in and super nice people on reception, richard and Lorraine. Room was lovely and cool when I got there which was v welcome in the extreme heat.

Room was lovely and clean and just had a refurb! Aircon on as it’s very warm tonight Reception staff were amazing! Richard greeted me and help me arrange a taxi for my pickup to the airport early hours in the morning. I came down for a drink and the pub had shut, they kindly provided me with two bottles of water and were a great help! Both Chloe and Richard are lovely and polite and really helpful. Definitely be returning! Thanks so much Jayde x
