What a wonderful experience. We could feed the apes in our room, and we had the most lovely breakfast ever. Everything you could think of was out to eat and we had a beautiful view! I wish I could just stay there forever! Thank you so much for your hospitality and I would highly recommend this holiday destination to anyone!

very good stay, food at the restaurant was excellent. a lot of things to do, private beach access. a lot of sporting activities and facilities to use. very well maintained hotel/ resort. .staff was very friendly and attentive. Water level was low to use the water sport equipment/ Activities - maybe next time!

We had a pleasant stay, room was good and clean Dinner was enjoyed and the buffest breakfast is excellent. Staff are friendly and communicate effectively. Will go there again if the opportunity arises.

We stayed two nights in the Hotel and was really happy and surprised by the level of comfort in the rooms. Pleasant stay. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Just a HeadsUp, Monkeys are in the area, and you need to keep your windows and doors closed at all times if you are not in the room. Caution when having breakfast as we had our food stollen in front of us while eating. However highly recommended.

Rooms were very dated ie facil8in the room are old. Room floor was dirty, room was stuffy when we entered. Bed needed to be duated. Tv remotes didn't have covers for the batteries which was a hazard for our 2 year old. Ac was old and made a terrible noise if we changed any settings

We had a great time I cannot wait to come back again and stay mybe a month ,the service we get there was extra ordinary staff are amazing I don’t know if I say the correct name the waiter by the name Thembeka /Thandeka has our heart she was everything we could’ve asked for .food was amazing chef Talent ghost Yama ghost ..reception staff is owesome Sphelele and his staff

After driving 5 hours through the Eastern Cape to this '4 STAR' resort the staff weren't the most welcoming. There was NO PORTER to help with luggage?? I stayed at the WILD COAST SUN (3 STAR) the week before and the staff were much friendlier and they had a very attentive porter. When booking on special requests I asked for a bed to be set up for my son - this wasn't done until I reminded them. The staff brought a mattress and bedding, left it in the room in front of me and left without making up the bed; this they left to us. Can't charge leisure equipment at their entertainment centre to the room - HAVE to pay by actual CARD. We were also roomed directly above the conference centre where a wedding was on in the afternoon - which was fine as the party ended at 5ish. BUT at 23h30 - 01h00 in the morning staff were busy removing chairs and loading decor onto a trailer, NOISILY. They seemingly also couldn't open the trailer door lock, so decided to hammer it open (metal on metal). Woke the whole family including 4 year old who then didn't get back to sleep for 2 hours. The best staff the entire stay was the TRAINEE at breakfast. My suggestion is to stay at the WILD COAST SUN - less stars but better service and experience.

Location is easily accessible!! Rooms exceptionally clean! Great scenery the whole place is just breathtaking 😀Next time I’m bringing my Tennis gear 🎾🏓
