I needed to change the booking and I was advised to cancel my booking to change and the fee would be refunded. I verified that the refund would be in full and only cancelled once this was confirmed. I kept chasing for the refund and a month later was told they would never refund as the admin said the call was never received and so because I did not record the call I therefore have no proof.
