Nice spacious rooms with in-room washer and dryer, as well as a kitchenette.
Location is pretty decent as the hotel is located at an intersection which serves North-South and East-West trams. Although its right next to Flinders Street, we did not experience any loud noises from the street or trams to disturb our sleep.
Only gripe was that the hotel only had 1 functioning elevator and it could take awhile during peak movement times.
Would definitely still recommend~

The room was clean, but the kitchenware was dirty and the balcony was not cleaned. The location was very good, with the station just outside and Southern Cross Station and a large supermarket outlet a little further ahead. The washing machine in our room broke down on the third night, and the dryer also had a problem and would not stop automatically. The hotel staff was nice, but the maintenance staff was not at work because of the holiday.
