第二次入住遇到個白人小姑娘喜歡中國文化，態度比其他的職員好太多，花了30刀提前三小時辦入住，給了個雙卧室，很贊。洗衣機帶烘乾功能，視野屬於海景房，俯瞰墨爾本繁華？對面就是Melbourne square公寓,樓下就是超市，採買方便，走去city20分鐘，總體方便。

房間設施齊全，酒店位置比較優越，對面就有超市，可以做飯吃。衞生乾淨整潔。就是已經退房5天了，預扣按金還沒有退到賬上。辦事效率有待提高。

環境設施還可以 但是酒店的服務可以説是0 在酒店斷斷續續住了兩週 但凡是退房時不小心遺落的東西 馬上聯繫酒店得到的迴應都是沒有！！！已經兩次了！！ 而且酒店發生沒有熱水的情況也無人告知需要自己洗澡的時候才能發現！？ 並且沒有任何歉意和表示！！每次聯繫酒店的説辭都不同 總之體驗感不好 但是酒店的設施是不錯的

網太慢了，用流量也不行，想自己辦網前台不允許。前台服務超級差，是她弄錯了我的房間號，但是前台罵我，她以為是另外一個房間，我説正確的房間號是xxx,她讓我閉嘴，結果她發現她搞錯了，也沒有道歉，還罵我，還罵我的發音，我的發音沒有任何問題，前台是個拉丁裔的女生。35樓的房間風景美，能看到一丟丟的海，但是前台服務很差，問他們要紙巾，會限制衹能要一包，基本上沒有打掃衞生在你續住期間。

明明說三點check-in但三點仍然還沒準備好，服務態度一般😭房內廁所門鎖壞了，沒法上鎖，房間衛生程度一般。有租車的記住提前預留停車場位置。
