The hotel is very new and the rooms are very clean. The location is good, very close to the art gallery. It only takes about ten minutes to walk to the city center, which is very convenient. The view from the room on the high floor is also good.

Not bad, you can cook your own food. The location is very close to the Yarra River, Federation Square, and the Art Gallery. The free tram is right in front of the NGV. The room is clean and has complete facilities. The staff was very friendly, but it was difficult to find a parking space. The bad part of the experience was that for some reason the room upstairs made noise at 6 o'clock, and the electric drill was used continuously after 8 o'clock, which greatly affected my sleep in the morning. When we booked the room, we clearly chose to arrange a quiet room as much as possible, but we were still placed below the room where construction was taking place.
