Not bad, you can cook your own food. The location is very close to the Yarra River, Federation Square, and the Art Gallery. The free tram is right in front of the NGV. There are also two supermarkets nearby where you can buy daily necessities. The only drawback is that the deposit can only be paid by credit card, remember to use Master or VISA, cash is not accepted
