I stayed at Cllix before when I went to Brisbane. The experience was great, so I booked this company's hotel apartment again in Melbourne. It also has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but the room is 20 square meters smaller. There are no slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, or adapters! And it takes about 3 minutes to go to their office to get the key, which is a bit inconvenient.

I booked a high-rise room, which is really high, with a great view, and you can also see the sea! The hotel is very new, the elevator is very advanced, super fast but without centrifugal force or tinnitus! The room is clean, well soundproofed, and has a washing machine and dryer, which is convenient for us on long trips. The location is also good, on the south bank, next to the Mother River, 10-15 minutes' walk from the free tram area, and it's really nice to walk by the river at night. The only dissatisfaction is that the swimming pool is not open to tourists, and the children are a little disappointed. . . Also, the place to pick up the key is not at the front desk downstairs. You have to walk to a small corner across the road, which is a bit difficult to find. I didn't write it clearly when booking. . .

The underground location is very advantageous. You can walk to any urban location. The only thing you need is to be more independent or have some language communication skills, because this apartment is managed and operated by an agency. There is no front desk or anytime service staff. There are only a few steps away from the apartment building. There is an office with keys about a hundred meters away.
