We arrived after 7 pm the room was not available. We had to wait more than half an hour after travelling by plain we wanted to rest. The room had one empty bottle. The breakfast is not good. Not many healthy options, no cheese and plain yogurt.

Why do you expect guests to pay a fine for parking without providing clear instructions? Why is room cleaning not done? Your hotel has given us a negative impression of Australia.
