Great hotel, unfortunately currently though the building next door is being demolished and the drilling of concrete starts at exactly 8am, even on the weekend. It's incredibly loud and the windows shake

Staff were all very helpful and it was a smooth and easy process for check in and especially express checkout. Appreciate the free luggage storage. Complimentary Breakfast was simple but delicious. Hotel is very close to the city and easy to walk to Flinders. Hotel room was very quiet and blackout roller blinds work really great for the sunny Melbourne. Very clean and has basic necessities.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stayed in Oakwood Premier Hotel. The receptionist guy on Friday Morning, 10th Jan, was super nice, friendly and kind. He changed our room facing the city view. We went straight to the hotel after we arrive in Melbourne to put our luggage in their luggage storage because the check in start at 3pm. However, our room were already ready, so we managed to get some sleep and rest. The bed is so comfortable and we got a amazing view! So I really enjoyed our stay there for the whole time! What a great first travel experience in Melbourne! Surely, we will be back!

I have put book 2 connecting rooms. One is King size bed the other twin beds. Both rooms are very comfortable. The twin beds are two queen size beds which can accommodate 4 people. Good view of a Yarra river and the old station across the river. Location very convenient as it connected to many different restaurants. I would also recommend using its very nice gym and warm and big swimming pool. Kingpin in the hotel mall (ask the hotel staff) is also recommended for travellers with children and teenagers. Lots of fun as their video games are great, with Laser tag and bowling.

The room was a really good size. The balcony was at a level where there was no building blocking either the view or afternoon sun - we had to pay extra for this though. The fridge didnt really seem to work, at least the freezer didnt. When putting icecreams in the freezer, they melted, so I turned the dial to cooler and then the fruit in the fridge froze our fruit. We really shouldnt need to adjust settings in the fridge/freezer for them to work. Also the toilet keep running after it flushed. The only way to stop the running of water was to push down on the flush a few times quickly.

I always stay at this hotel when I come to Melbourne. The hotel is in a very good location, with complete surrounding facilities, a lot of delicious food, convenient transportation, and convenient to go anywhere in the city. There is also the famous Yarra River downstairs. The room is also very large. The rooftop swimming pool has a very good view. Recommended!

The furniture and kitchen equipment are very complete, which is very suitable for small families to buy ingredients and cook back! The room was very clean, in addition to the sound of the heater is a bit loud, next time you have the opportunity to book the same hotel again

The room facilities are similar to the hotel promotional photos, which feels OK! The front desk service needs to be improved. Except for a Chinese front desk service, the other times I communicated with the front desk, the attitude was relatively indifferent. In addition, after paying the room fee, they deducted another $100 from me, saying it was a deposit, which must be returned within 40 days after check-out! Speechless😑

The hotel room was on a high floor, so the Wi-Fi didn't work at all, which was very inconvenient. When I went outside, there was a bridge along the river with many restaurants and people walking around. I was able to connect to the free Wi-Fi in Melbourne and somehow managed to get through. In Japan, the Wi-Fi is connected in the hotel room but not outside, so I realized that it's different from Japan overseas.

+: The premium double bed room with city view is beautiful and the amenities/facilities fantastic (beds were very comfortable, view was lovely, and the breakfast buffet bar had a wide selection of great options). -: The room service menu is very limited on Sundays and Mondays.
