3 night, 4 day stay from August 30 - September 2. No maid service or even room refresh despite multiple requests to front desk and being assured we would get one. This hotel does not care, you are on your own. Completely unacceptable. Find another property.

We booked adjoining rooms for a family trip. Both rooms were not cleaned well at all and very dusty. We never heard back from housekeeping about this issue and I also provided the card to the lady at the front desk upon checking out Sunday Oct. 15th regarding the issues in the rooms and have yet to hear from management. I cleaned the bathrooms myself and had a family member bring me a vacuum to clean the floors myself. The couches in the rooms need to be completely cleaned as they are full of stains. The whole hotel can use a complete remodel. There are 37 photos attached and this hotel is easily 2.5 stars.

This was one of the most unclean places I've ever stayed. Hair on the toilet and bathroom floors, dirty bathroom mirror that had pictures drawn on it, food on the floor, used plastic food knife on the counter, soiled couch with brown spots, and a duvet with dirty spots on it. When we asked why it was dirty, the guy at the front desk told us he could give us cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves and that it was a "dirty little hotel secret that they dont wash the duvets." We were moved to another room after calling Marriott and ran into the same issues with the new room. Due to the lack of availability near by we had to stay there so I had to go buy new comforters for us to sleep under and made our own bed. I found a childs hairbow on the mattress under the sheets. Other friends staying at the hotel had ants, blood on their duvet, and the other with what looked like pizza sauce on the duvet.

We made a last minute booking and were pleasantly surprised by this jem. Check in was easy and quick. Our room was the perfect tempature. The bed was comfortable. The location is perfect for easy access to the interstate. We would stay again!

Located next to 4 other hotels. Entrance road has several potholes. Not sure about this location. Not up to standard for a Courtyard Hotel. 1-10 milled from restaurants and shopping. Goodman Road is traffic congestion. 8am to 10pm. BBQ and Mex

Easy and fast check-in upon arrival. The rooms were very clean. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a great and convenient location to surrounding restaurants. I would use the hotel again.

This was the worst Marriott stay ever. The pictures look nice but I’m person it was extremely small. There’s no restaurant. The front TV buttons and remote barely worked. The sofa bed is not a double and very thin, found a goldfish underneath the mattress. The bathroom was picked up but not clean, the toilet paper was left from previous guest an only one extra roll was left to replace it. The bed sheets were not washed, there was static when moving them, the pillow cases were wrinkled and stained. I will be emailing corporate but this property is a disgrace to the Marriott name. Front Night staff and Night kitchen person was very nice, helpful and respectful so they’re not to blame. I will never stay here again with my money

Because of a water issue in downtown Memphis we were forced to find another hotel at the last second for our dozen plus guys attending the Liberty Bowl. We landed at the Courtyard in Southaven. The hotel was convenient, clean, comfortable and affordable. The thing that put it at excellent however, was the staff. From the front desk to housekeeping they were professional, friendly and very helpful. A special shoutout to Tammy, Janet and Debra who were the greatest serving up breakfast and much needed coffee in the morning. They were a pleasure to be around and even made a late night loss (which felt like a win - Rock Chalk!) palatable. Thanks ladies.

Was okay for a late check-in to head out to airport at the crack of dawn. But….I expected better from a Marriott. The lady at the front desk at check-in was kind. The hotel is in an area with lots of other reputable hotels and lots of restaurants are a very short drive. Cons: The room seemed to need a deep clean. It seemed very dated - lampshades were cracked, paint was peeling, and furniture worn. The bathroom had remnants of previous guests. Note: The GPS from the app does not take you to the hotel. It takes you to a field. (Hotel is behind Best Buy and Holiday Inn) Pros: Safe area, hotel was quiet, bed and linens were comfortable, plentiful outlets, and easy parking. Took us roughly 10 min to get to airport (4am). There was a small “market” for forgotten necessities. While this property was not terrible by any means, we would try another hotel in that area next time.
