I like the location. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

It was clean room and air conditioning system was also perfect. But they need to fix problems like the mirror and ramp in the buttons. Furthermore, If you are concerning the noise from the next door, you would better select other choices.

Abuse from staff (Beatioz Mendes) when I found a black curly hair seared by the grill onto my pineapple ring. She was rude, aggressive, argumentative, I was called a liar and laughed and made fun of whilst other staff members and guests were present. When I walked away to the lifts the abuse continued. At breakfast I advised that I was allergic to both bananas and nuts. Wasn't told there was bananas and nutella (which contains nuts) next to the cooked breakfast items and toasters so I was unable to go near. Wasn't offered by the hotel to make a fresh breakfast that had been away from the nutella and bananas. So wasn't able to have breakfast. Why ask guests if they have allergies then not inform them of the risks near the cooked breakfast items? Beatioz Mendes needs to be terminated for her unprofessional attitude, rude manner, argumentative and aggressive attitude. Hotel room was filthy, sink and toilet both broken. Shower mouldy and filthy. Aircon didn't work either. Noise from 05:30 due to workmen so don't expect to sleep. Overall an extremely poor experience, ruined my holiday and checked out early due to the abuse from staff. Never again. Rang guest experience line to advise and they weren't interested in the matter. I wasn't the only guest who checked out early due to issues also. Moxy Southampton next door is far better. Great staff, food, and clean rooms. Premier Inn should be ashamed!!!

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the check-in process quick and easy. My room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was very comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere made it easy to relax after a long day. I especially appreciated the hotel’s great location—just a short walk from restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Housekeeping was consistent and professional throughout my stay. It’s a well-run, welcoming place that makes you feel at home. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We were upgraded to Premier Plus- room 402/ quiet, clean room with the best city view. we stayed here for overnight before we go on the Queen Mary 2 cruise on the next day. Very comfy bed, good AC. Friendly staff, very amazing breakfast. Location - the best in the city in Southampton! The room rate is high, but good comparatively with other hotels. Book with confidence!

Booked a premier plus room and arrived to find nobody at reception just a man serving behind the bar. Another guest helped us use the machine to book in and get the key cards to work. Lovely room nice touch that it has a fridge but still had them horrible UHT packet milk for tea not fresh in the fridge ?? Coffee machine was used once as the coffee pods were disgusting. Got stuck in the lift and another guest got us out even though we ran the alarm bell. Water went off on Wednesday (23rd) afternoon half way through a shower . Breakfast was OK but beans were cold as usual , they had been opened and placed under the heat lamp to cook through ?? They need to reinvent their tag line (everything premier but the price) is factually correct .
