Located nearby the cruise terminals. Spacious room. Energetic and friendly staff.
Simple menu at the restaurant but good food, the breakfast there is a perfect start for the day.
We were alloted with an easy accessible room which the bathroom is big (the bedroom area is smaller); and with an unpleasant odor of bleach that smells like elderly home.

I rushed to Southampton from London with my children to take a cruise. I arrived one day in advance and randomly booked this hotel. I didn't expect much at first, just to stay overnight. I didn't expect to be pleasantly surprised after entering the room! Spacious and bright, with good design and comfort, an open kitchen and washing machine, and much better hygiene than chain hotels in London! There is a street garden outside, with beautiful flowers and plants. It is very convenient to walk to the city center for dining and shopping. The most surprising thing is that it is very close to the cruise terminal. The four of us dragged four large suitcases and walked to the terminal while looking at the roadside scenery. It is a star hotel that I will definitely stay in again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Ideal spot and rooms clean and beautiful!! Restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and food was amazing! The whole complete package! Would highly recommend!!!

This facility was a surprise in many ways. Across from the front of the hotel is a lovely little park. The check-in was easy (I could have even done an online check-in). The staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was a studio apartment, nicely furnighed. There was a sink, hotplate, micro, and even a dishwasher which was unexpected. I explored the surrounding neighborhood in several directions and found many places of interest. Some were historical, some were interesting ting eating & drinking venues It was not a long walk to the West Quay Mall for shopping or to the SeaCity museum.
