I booked this hotel online to come to a Country Concert Event in which the event for some unknown reason canelled the concert. I went to cancel my hotel room and the girl at the front desk wouldnt cancel it, left 2 messages for the mangaer to call me back and also emailed them twice and not a reply. I am a business woman for 42 years and cannot believe the management can ignore you. I wanted to be reasonable and atleast maybe change my date if they wouldnt refund but I never even got the opportunity. I was a no show May 18th and very sad they customer service is so bad. Lori B

Never book at the Quality Inn Saugeen Shores
We had an accident on the way to our stay at approximately 1:30pm and tried to contact the hotel because our check-in was at 3pm. Called multiple times and no one would answer and left multiple messages to cancel. What a garbage Organization and brutal management.
