The hotel and access is great and is overall pleasant in a no-frill environment. Rooms (and bathrooms are a little tired and the bed/mattress unfortunately extremely worn out and soft. Service is prompt, friendly and effective. The hotel could do with a bit of an update but the art, location and balconies in rooms are what you come for. The restaurant's service is great and very cordial.

We chose the hotel because it was close to our family memebers accommodation and had all the facilities and amenities close by that we wanted. Excellent hotel, staff were very helpful and the restaurant even stayed open when our flight was delayed. We would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Spacious room and very comfortable. Little slow on check-in and out, otherwise great service. Sweets in the foyer was a nice treat. Location is superb in the heart of South Yarra close to everything. Great service and menu at Spoonbill down stairs. Try the Braised Beef Rib.

From the moment I booked this property, I was pleased. In Chapel Street, South Yarra. Opposite the Hotel Como. We usually stay there, but I scored a bargain for my birthday. This property is gorgeous. I'm not sure if they have porters to assist you with your luggage. No one was there when we arrived. The receptionist was outstanding. Sorry I didn't get her name. The room is functional, clean, and lovely. Gemma in the bar, outstanding and very knowledgeable. We stayed 6 nights and will now look for this property on KAYAK and Accor websites.
