Very conveniently situated beside a train station and tramt stop with abundant shopping and dining. A short walk away. My apartment clearly had not been clean thoroughly with food left in the fridge from a previous guest and bed sheets were not tucked in properly. Apartment looked dark and gloomy due to the colors of the carpet and Furniture with numerous scuff marks on the white walls. Maintenance needs some serious attention.

The kitchen is fully equipped, as well as a washer and dryer; in the bathroom, as expected, you must bring your own mouthwash supplies, and slippers are not provided. The hotel has a perfect location, next to a street with plenty of a diversity of good restaurants (local, japanese, mexican, Chinese, Thai, Italian) and is just two train stations away from Federation Square e che downtown. It's nicely furnished, with good taste, and the rooms are equipped with everything, including even a washing machine. My room also had a terrace space, and a desk and a comfortable armchair with foot rest, as well as a table for breakfast. Absolutely recommended.
