Always good service at Rockpool and I was especially pleased to see they have installed an EV charger. Very easy to use, switch on plug in and off it goes. Simple and effective.

My husband and I stayed at the rockpool motel for a night and cannot fault this place. Amazing customer service lovely tidy clean room everything you need, close to everything we needed. The pool looked inviting and maintained well. Thank you.

Room was fine - but read the Guest Information sheet, reproduced herewith, and make sure you wash up - and trust that the previous occupants did the job thoroughly. Should we have put the sheets in the wash? And the towels? Is this the way of the future?

Booked directly with the motel. Communication was great and staff very helpful. It's old school - don't expect luxury - but it's comfortable and clean. On-site restaurant was closed and it's not the closest walk to town centre, but the town is lovely and worth exploring on foot. We saw kangaroos jumping on neighbouring lawns and bought some honey from the house up the road.

Clean and quiet however the mattress was too soft and collapsing. Not a restful nights sleep.

Property is in a good location to town and next to the Country Club. Received advice about the restuarant before arrival only to find out it was in fact closed the duration of the long weekend. No rooms are serviced during this period either. Shower gel was empty in the shower and the pump machines are not very user friendly. Overall just a standard Motor Inn for a small town nothing special at all.
