An incredible experience in this hotel! Never ever forgettable I believe. We are so much appreciated for Barbara's miracle help in this adventure :) All the best to this historical and certainly fantastic hotel. The gardens and collections are so nice!

Kurz und knapp: es gibt nichts zu meckern. Die Zimmer sind toll und sauber. Der Service erstklassig und professionell. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Die Eier kann man selbst nach eigenem Gusto im Wasserbad ziehen lassen. Das Abendmenü ist abwechslungsreich und ebenfalls erstklassig. Was uns immer wichtig ist: Nicht überkandidelt und steif. Alle waren supernett, ein kleiner Plausch zum Auflockern war immer drin. Das Auto haben wir bei Anreise in die Tiefgarage gestellt und am Abreisetag das nächste Mal benutzt. Die Wellnessbehandlungen auf hohem Niveau runden das Rund-um-Sorglos-Paket ab. Wir kommen wieder!

Come ormai avviene da parecchi anni il nostro soggiorno al Luna è stato all’insegna del riposo e della serenità. Tutto lo staff, accoglienza, sala, area wellness, è gentile ed estremamente disponibile. Un ringraziamento particolare a Marco e Filomena per la pazienza e cordialità e ad Alice per la sua professionalità e cortesia.

Storica struttura, con SPA rinnovata, separata dal centro di Ortisei da una breve salitella che non spaventa certo chi sceglie una vacanza in montagna. Cucina curatissima. Carta dei vini con ricarichi del tutto onesti. Esperienza da ripetere.

Ormai torniamo sempre con piacere, in coppia o con tutta la famiglia, presso questo Hotel. Sentirsi a casa è facilissimo, il personale è sempre disponibile, gentile e sorridente e tutti i servizi sono pensati per farti sentire coccolato. Ottima accoglienza anche per la nostra cagnolina, straviziata con un sacco di ossicini golosi. Arrivederci al prossimo anno!

sono stato da solo una settimana in agosto. La struttura è veramente molto buona. Molto bella zona reception con le sal adiacenti, il bar, giardino esterno. Eccellente la SPA e le piscine, interna ed esterna, riscaldate. Ho usufruito dei massaggi veramente ottimi e di altro livello. Ristornate buono, piatti gourmet non abbondanti, anzi le porzioni sono piuttosto contenute. Camere pulite, bello il bagno. Avevo una camera singola con letto king size e questo è uno dei due motivi per cui non ho dato 5 di valutazione. Date le dimensioni della camera di fianco al letto non c'è spazio per il comodino che per le mie esigenze è fondamentale. L'altro punto è che la camera per me era troppo calda di notte non ostante fossimo in montagna. Per il resto la posizione non è in centro paese ma lo si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi. L'Hotel è adiacente alla strada ma tenendo le finestre chiuse non si sente nulla. Io ho dormito con la finestra aperta senza essere disturbato dal rumore della strada.

Hotel fantastico, piscina e giardino bellissimi, personale disponibile. Cibo cena e colazione ottimo. Posizione buona. È già la seconda volta che veniamo e ci torneremo; unica pecca la vacanza vola e bisogna tornare a casa... complimenti a tutto lo staff

prima volta all'Hotel Luna Mondschein dopo tanti anni passati in vari hotel della Val Gardena. Pe noi e' stato tutto prefetto come posizione, come dimensione della struttura , come ristorazione ( variegata, gustosa e leggera). L'hotel e' dotato praticamene di tutto ; piscina interna ed esterna , parco con lettini, varie saune, SPA.. senza essere come tanti hotel di dimensioni molto grandi per cui ci si trova in centinaia di persone. Per concludere un applauso a tutto lo staff ...e abbiamo gia' prenotato per il prossimo anno....
