Great location near the ferry to Magnetic Island and near restaurants and the city. Recommend Bayview Restaurant for meals

The service was great; very friendly and helpful. Our only small wonge was that on two nights, the shower water was cold after 8pm. Otherwise a great hotel

Will never stay here again. Vagrants are allowed to camp on the front stairs of the building. Noisy aboriginals pissing and abusing yelling screaming. No security gates to car parking. What a joke of a place. Best of luck to anyone who stays here.

Go past this accommodation if you can, the start of the check in has major faults, you are not able to access reception if you haven't already checked in, you need the fob to get in, I was stuck out the front for what seemed like forever before I was let in, we had a two-bedroom apartment the beds had the springs of the mattress sticking out, the toaster kept tripping the circuit breaker, the hair dryer kept tripping the circuit breaker, the remote for the air conditioner didn't work and we were told that they couldn't do anything about any of it as it was a weekend ??. It was a cowboy's game W/E so the accomm rate had already been jacked up however I did expect a little more for what we paid. The only positive aspect to this Hotel is that it is close to the Cowboys stadium.

Photos very deceptive - a king single is a very basic hotel room with no balcony, a high window, no view, horrible bed and terrible pillows. You get no room servicing at all and are expected to clean your room before you leave or they charge a service fee.

Our room was spacious and clean. kitchen facilities were everything you need .Location was central to our needs. My biggest gripe is , there was no Wi-Fi and no free to air television for most nights and some mornings during our stay . This was frustrating given the length of time and the cost involved, unable to Work or watch television.

Think twice before booking this hotel. The room I stayed in felt dated and despite arriving in summer no fan or airconditioner had been turned on for me. Reception doesn't open until 9am and closes at 5pm. Outside of these hours you need to complete an online form and wait for confirmation which only comes an hour or so before arrival (I had to ring to confirm arrangements as I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to check in). Another online form is required to be completed if check out is needed before 9am. Prior to my stay I enquired about the gym and was told the treadmill was broken. I went to use the gym to discover it wasn't accessible until 9am despite the compendium indicating gym opened from 7am-7pm (even these hours aren't convenient for business travellers). When attempting to leave my floor the lift was held up for quite awhile by trades people arriving and holding it to stack materials, they indicated on the way up they'd be holding it for another 10 minutes before it would return!
