This is a spacious one bedroom cabin located in a small, well maintained RV park in South Toledo Bend. The bedroom has a twin and full bed, and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It is very clean and includes everything from towels and linens to coffee pots for your stay. You'll have access to a covered patio with a grill and picnic tables as well as wifi, a large covered private patio, and a full kitchen. This space is well decorated, affordable, and in a great location! Approximately one mile from a public boat launch and driving distance to Sabine ATV Park, South Toledo Bend State Park, and Sam Forse Collins Recreation Area. This is the perfect space for a family getaway or fishing trip. Ask us about our military discounts! Pets are allowed with a $25/day pet fee. They are required to be in a kennel anytime they are unsupervised in the cabin. Please discuss all pets that will be on the property before booking. Special permission is required for pets over 25lbs.
