the location is at a major roundabout. Ambient is noisy and unmanaged. The manner of staff is appalling. Feels like they only welcome local people.

Made a complaint about the unsafe and unmaintained grounds and park and it’s dangers correctly and in the right was and was met with anger hostility and a bar from the pub 😂 outrageous- you are only lucky no child was injured !

Had a great stay Family room was modern and clean. We had plenty of space and it was a nice shower in the morning. Having the pub nearby was great as a place to get food in the evening and we enjoyed breakfast the next day. Great location for needing to be in Telford early in the morning.

Avoid the carvery just terrible. The veg, the meat was boring no seasoning tasteless. The gravy was so watered down it barely coated the food. The cranberry sauce tasted like jam. The worst meal I've had for some time. We've had plenty of carverys but this at £16 is a rip off. I can guarantee we will not be going again. Please don't waste your money
