Montacute tearooms
Lovely place to stay, pretty village location, lovely ensuite room, clean and very quiet. Really reasonable price too! Hosts are absolutely lovely. Would highly recommend.

Single bedroom weekend stay
I got the single bedroom, it was compact with shared common toilet. There was a nice shower and sink in the room. Pillow was filthy with yellow stains. Single bed duvet. The bed being a single was cramped, probably not suit a 6ft or taller person.

Room is too small for what they are charging. No toilet in room. Shower to close to outside window. Called b n b but don’t serve breakfast shouldn’t be allowed to be called b n b

CREEPY SCAM PLACE
This place is not what it says . We arived at the address and it was a CREEPY toy meusem . It did have a B&B sign but no answer and couldn't get through on the phone number the voice mailwas FULL . By this time it was 4pm and we had to book somewhere else . Couldn't cancel so they took money from my account .
I spoke to poeple who were locals and they said this has not been a Tea room & B&B for over 20 yrs . THIS IS A SCAM 1

We arrived to find that this B&B no longer does breakfasts, and is no longer a tea room. Our room was very clean and comfortable, but up 29 stairs. The host was very kind and welcoming. and we had tea making faciities in our room. It was a very nice stay, but not quite as advertised.

This is advertised as a B&B, There is no breakfast and no food at all. The tea room does not exist and was filled with junk. My room smelled like smoke. I checked out and moved to another hotel, pictures on the web are false advertising. DO NOT recommend!!!
