As ravangla has lower temperatures for most of the time during the year, the hotel is well equipped with an electric blanket. Rooms are specious and well equipped with a spacious bathroom, a full size dressing table and a wardrobe. There are two chairs and a table for having your snacks. There is a workstation setup as well. The behaviour and service of the hotel staff is amazing. The hotel provides laundry services at a very reasonable rate. Food price is on the higher side but goes well with the portion and quality of the food. Overall, i am really satisfied in every aspect. Highly recommended for all.

Location is good. Near snot namchi and central park. But the hotel entrance is at basement, and you have to come downstairs to enter the hotel. Service is very slow due to shortage of staff. No view. But staff are wel behaved.

It’s clean hotel at a good location. They offer quality food, the staffs are prompt and cordial. View from the room was good but not as same as given in the description. The swimming pool was under renovation.

Hotel rooms and facilities are excellent totally worth the money one spends. The food was very good in the restaurant. The location is quite central even though not exactly in the center. Its very well placed to get the best view of the kanchenjunga, has telescope and other facilities. But the best part is the hotel staff, very helpful and genuinely good people.
