The view of the hotel was very nice and pleasant staff are very friendly and the breakfast was included and it was very tasty,, peaceful environment,near the sea side just so beautiful

Fantastic 2nd stay here, so relaxing and staff are very friendly, views from the room are breathtaking. Definitely a haven. We will be booking agin.

Large room that overlooked the car park and part of the beach . Only stayed 1 night so was ok for the night . Tea / coffee in room . Comfortable bed . Room a bit tired as was bathroom . Very rusty shower curtain pole . Breakfast was buffet style so not freshly cooked Had to ask to change cup as mine was badly cracked . Ok for families as cater for large parties and have function rooms to hire .

Stayed here for four nights with GB tours .the hotel is very nice and spotlessly clean.lounge bar area all really nice .our twin room on the ground floor was very good and again spotlessly clean the minute you walked in every day it smelt lovely .comfy bed and pillows were OK love that the room has flooring instead of carpet .the bathroom was a bit out dated but is was perfectly fine had all you needed including toiletries. The restaurant is very nice so pretty at night with all the fairy lights gorgeous views over the river . Now the food. we were not impressed at all as many of our fellow guests felt the same two night service was diabolical over two hours for three courses.im sorry to say the food wasn't the best and we ate out one night.i ordered sticky toffee pudding and forgot to put no custard on the pre order did apologise and say to the waiter its my fault so could I get one without simply answered No !! 5 mis later the waitress asked are you not having pudding I explained she said no they all have custard on but then bought me one which I thanked her for so what happened there with the waiter saying no the staff were not over friendly at all apart from a very young man on reception at 730 in the morning he was super friendly .most of the reception staff never even lifted the heads to say good morning maybe some staff training needed here .if the food and service got better I would come back we enjoyed.our stay

This is not the first time I have stayed here and I would definitely come again. I had a beautiful room overlooking the garden and sea and saw the most wonderful sunrise over the water as my photo shows. It is a lovely place to enjoy walks along the shore. The bedroom has all you need for a short stay. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Meals are fine though they had no vegetarian sausage at breakfast time. Overall it is a very lovely place to stay especially in good weather.

We enjoyed our stay here, the views are beautiful from the room, we were met by a lady on reception who told us all we needed to know and had a lovely kind tone sorry I didn’t get her name, dining wasn’t so good the meal wasn’t what we expected and we waited an awfully long time, which wasn’t ideal as we have a toddler, our room was lovely and clean with everything you need teas coffee soaps etc, we would like to thank Cheryl who couldn’t do enough to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, she had our son in fits of giggles while making his little bed, thank you for your kindness, will definitely return lovely friendly atmosphere
