The host is very pleasant and helpful, rooms are clean, rooms have evrything you need and breakfast if you decide to have one are fab. Location is perfect for everything you need locally.

My wife and have just returned from a great stay . The room on the second floor. The bed was really comfortable .The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice. The owner was great , so helpful and nothing was any trouble for him Would highly recommend And will definitely return.

We stayed here for my nan’s 70th birthday. The host was so nice and friendly and made us feel so comfortable during our stay. The room was one of the cleanest we have stayed in before. We had the breakfast during our stay and it was absolutely delicious. Would definitely stay here again without a doubt!

The room was excellent value: comfortable, clean, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfy with nice linen and the ensuite bathroom was very nice with a good strong shower. The whole place has a nice vibe and the owner is kind and will go out of his way to make sure you are happy. At breakfast my friend and i being vegetarians he was flexible and offered me combinations that were not on the menu although there were also some vegetarian set breakfasts. It was delicious. I have also visited here as a solo female traveller and have felt very safe and secure here. I would recommend this place to all but particularly to female travellers like myself. The website is a true reflection of what the rooms are like. They really are that nice.

An americans hideout from the election
Throughout my travels in the UK I stayed in a number of hotels and the Beachwood was easily my favorite. Very comfortable beds, amazing location, a great shower (you dont realize how much of a difference it makes till you use a bad one). The owner was very polite and helpful throughout my stay. Overall i would highly recommend this place for any traveler!
