The unit is worn out, dirty. There is black mold in the bathroom. Definitely need maintenance, deep cleaning, and replacement for the furnitures.

Hot water does not work and the toilet is a bit less clean....
Other things are overall okay.....

The location is very strategic, the sheets are a bit less clean. The curtains are only 1 layer so it's really bright in the morning, especially on the upper floors.
