Simple and clean. But I cannot find hair dryer in my room, after I took a shower….they can’t call front seat from rooms, you need to go out using a public telephone near the elevator. My hair was all wet, night shift staff didn’t really helpful…at first he said sorry that room service is closed can’t help! I asked him to find one, he promised will go find one and call me back. He did not call back…I wait for 10minutes then I went out calling him again. He just asked me go down pick dryer up…

I booked two rooms and arrived at 11:45pm after a late flight. I booked a room with 2 queens and a room with a king and a pullout sofa. When we arrived the king room was an accessible room so there was no pull out sofa. We had 3 people staying in that room. I tried to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. I went downstairs and the employee tried to help me. He kept telling me he had given me a king room and I kept telling him that I booked a Deluxe-King for 3 people. A king room only sleeps 2. He eventually told me there were no rooms. I clarified that the room I booked was not available. He said, let me show you a room. He took me took a room with the pull out sofa and asked if that would work. I said that would be fine since it had the sofa bed. He asked if I wanted linens and gave me sheets, a pillow with no case, and a blanket. I didn’t realize the pillow had no case until I got to the room. Additionally the mattress had plastic on it like it had never been used. The bathroom was covered with air and an automatic light kept turning on all night. We could not get it to turn off permanently. It was a rough night and glad that we only were there for one night.

Overall, me and my family had a blast and had a short distance from fishermen's wharf. This gave us an opportunity to walk around and be the best family we can be. Why do I have to write 200 minimum words? I'm not writing an essay, buddy. Just let me state an opinion.
